Called and left a message, they called back the next morning, 8:30am and said they would try to get out today, but were very busy. At 12:00pm DeAndre (Tech) showed up, he replaced a broken part and was out the door at 12:20pm. House is already cooling down!! Very professional from the people handling the phone calls to DeAndre. Reasonably priced as well considering the heat wave and being their busiest time of the year. Thank you DeAndre and Pleasant Air, we are very appreciative of your help and will call you in the future.
- AFAngela FergusonJul 12, 20265.0Talk about the worst time of the year for the ac to quit cooling. Well of course Saturday morning I had to call the emergency tech on call and hope he responded. Within 10 minutes Justin called me and said he would be at my mother’s in 30 minutes. True to his word he found the source , clogged drain which he emptied from the attic 3 cooler fills of water. He cleared the drain, added Freon and waited to make sure it was cooling. From a starting point of 85 degrees down to 74. Justin was courteous, professional but mostly intelligent in his craft. Thank you sir and Pleasant for always showing up and taking care of my family. Angie Ferguson

Just as he arrived a bad storm was brewing but that didn't stop him! System fixed despite the storm. Justin was great and explained everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend Justin and Pleasant Air.
