We have been extremely pleased with the level of personalized service and expertise that Carmello and his whole team at Kinetico has provided us for the past year. We built a new house in Pender County, NC (county water) and wanted a whole-house softener, carbon filters to remove Forever chemicals, metals, pesticides, and more. We also have a R/O system under kitchen sink. I got several other quotes from other companies and we chose Kinetico for having the best technologies and our (sales/technician) Carmello's willingness to answer myriad questions, and find out any information we requested. Kinetico also offered the best price. Over the past year we have had some small issues and they have come out right away at no charge to advise us and make things right. We truly feel Carmello is a partner in keeping our family healthy. Thank you Kinetico!

★★★★★ We had a great experience with Tino Martinez. He was extremely knowledgeable and really knows the system inside and out. He thoroughly tested everything, explained what he was checking along the way, and made sure our RO system was working exactly as it should. Tino was professional, personable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We really appreciated the level of service and would highly recommend him!

Carmelo was the tech that came to our house. He was very nice and we didn’t feel pressured into anything. He ran multiple tests on multiple water sources in our home and answered every question we had. His knowledge on contaminants and how they affect the water was vast and varied. He suggested multiple options for our whole home water filtration system but never came off as pushy! Thank you Carmelo! You deserve a raise and a handshake from your bosses. If everyone at the company is like you, I see why there are so many 5 star reviews and I am happy to be another one added to the list.
