Isaiah came and diagnosed the problem within minute’s, fixed the problem and now my house is cool again. - SDSuzanne DavisApr 5, 20261.0While waiting several weeks on a part with a $1000 estimated charge (also suggestion to consider having unit replaced due to difficulty getting parts) I decided to get a second opinion. First thing new tech did was check warranty. Unit was repaired in less than a week for $100 thanks to warranty. Don't trust that your service tech is going to check coverage first if you call J&J. That $80 service call was a waste of money.
