  DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. My apartment building's plumbing backed up, and my landlord had them send a guy out to fix the drainage problem. His name was Anthony. Anthony fixed the problem FROM A DIFFERENT APARTMENT. I had already (while sick with food poisoning) cleaned and disinfected my entire apartment and bathroom floor. The bottom of my shower curtain was dirty and the floor of my shower. That was it. I had set a few things in my shower that were on the floor in the sewage that backed up. I had left a new towel by the door as an emergency stop so as not to flood the rest of the apartment if it backed up again. Brand new towel and rug. I had left my door unlocked attempting to be accomodating, Anthony came in and as best as I can figure, slung my shower curtain (the bottom being covered in feces, vomit and urine, not just mine) over my curtain rod and set the stuff out of the shower on the clean floor. He then ran the shower and sprayed the leftover toilet paper bits and feces all over my floor. He then took my clean new towel and sopped it up. He then left the feces covered shower curtain over the rod, the soaking wet towel next to my other things that I wasn't able to clean, on my once clean floor. I got home from an 11hr work day only to spend the next 4 hours going and buying supplies and cleaning my bathroom from floor to ceiling this time, because he slung feces on my walls. I called and complained, not wanting to review a whole company based off one employee, and I was told all would be made right and I would be compensated. Perfect. I have since been ghosted and ignored and have yet to receive any compensation for my damaged property. USE THESE GUYS AT YOUR OWN RISK. If something goes wrong (which it looks like it will) they will not fix it. Thanks for a miserable evening of extra work Zoom Drain. You cost me time and money, screw you.

  They came on time and looked at my leak. Went and brought back the parts they needed and did a professional repair in less than 1.5 hours. Extremely reasonable price also. They specialize in waste water piping and sewer repair and they're great at it.

  Wes was so amazing in every way! He was so polite and knowledgeable about my problem. He solved my problem which was very bad and had been worrying me so badly. He took care of the problem and cleaned everything when he was through. Left my crawl space better than new. I can’t say enough about Zoom Drain and Wes. I hope I never have a problem so bad again but if I do I will call Zoom and ask for Wes. Don’t know his last name, but he’s the best!

  I had a bad pipe under my house and Derek came to fix it really fast and did an amazing job. Even after he left we still had an issue (not with anything he was working with) and he turned around and came to fix it extremely fast. Very professional and pleasant gentleman to speak with and resolved my issue in a timely manner. Thank you so much!!

  Derek dod a great job installing catch basin system, connecting to drain pipe to fix a standing rainwater problem in our driveway. It rained a couple of days later and it worked great!
