- RDRena Dovel1 day ago5.0I have to give my sincere thanks to Cam, Charlie, and Patrick at RestoPros of the Triad for helping us out in our time of need. We had a very bad hidden plumbing leak which resulted in substantial water damage in one of the rooms of our historic home. RestoPros was recommended to me by my plumber, and they were one of 3 restoration companies in the Triad that we called for estimates. RestoPros was the most reasonable, and the most kind company that we spoke to. They understood how stressful our situation was, especially since insurance was not going to cover any of our damages. They worked with us to find the right solution at the right price. Plus, they're family owned and operated. Cam came out to our house and talked me through everything he was seeing, and his positive attitude made me feel so much better about the situation. He made a plan right then and there and we set a date to get started once the plumbing work was done. Charlie came out and cleaned up the area, set up all the drying equipment, and mitigated the mold. He was even kind enough to bring me a coffee one day as he came out to take a moisture reading. Patrick came out for final testing and cleaned up all of the equipment, keeping me updated along the way. Now we can move onto the next phase of fixing this damage - and we can do so knowing everything was done professionally and with extreme care due to RestoPros. Don't look any further.

What impressed me most was their genuine care for both the homeowner and the tenants. They prioritized safety, keep a clean workspace, and thoroghly cleaned up after their respective tasks. I highly recommend them!
