  I was not home when Corey replaced our water heater. But, my wife thought he was great and worked hard. I talked to him on the phone a couple of times. It was very cordial, answered all my questions, so we are very satisfied with his his work and his demeanor. Customer Service means a lot to me, and in my opinion, Corey is outstanding.

  We recently replaced our 40-year-old AC and furnace with a new inverter AC and heat pump system, and Jonathan and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Terry walked us through every step of the process and clearly explained the benefits of upgrading to an inverter system. Jonathan and his crew were professional, on time, and did an excellent installation. The whole experience was smooth, and we’re very happy with the quality of work. There were a few unexpected issues during the project, but they handled every one professionally and at no extra cost to us. Their communication, workmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. What stood out most was their commitment to getting everything perfect before they left. The entire team went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. And it is so quiet!!! Highly recommend!

  Outstanding person the best yearly maintenance I've ever had in the 26 years I've lived here, did an exceptional job ,covered everything answered all the questions I had very thoroughly, didn't hard sell made suggestions and was plain easy to. Understand the reasons why, very informative

  We had a screen door installed in our brand new home, the installer covered the wires to the video doorbell camera and pinched the wires so we had to disconnect the wires inside and remove the outside video doorbell. Looked around for an electrician locally and stumbled across Michael & Son Services, called them and they immediately set up my service and booked an appointment. Our Technician's name was Austin, my wife and I were humbled by his friendly nature and politeness. He was able to reconnect our video Doorbell and fix the wires in no time. He was super friendly and I was expecting a $300 job and was surprised it was less then a $100. I would recommend Micheal & Son Services to anyone. Once again thanks Austin to the quick and friendly service

  On 13 April 2026, Michael & Son Rooter & Drains sent Mario Ochoa & Cody Blum to our house to install a new water line. (Why the new line? The old one broke under the driveway and we decided against tearing that up.) Mario and Cody did an excellent job: They kept the ditch for the new line reasonably close to our house, avoiding damage to AT&T fiber optic cable and our neighbor's lawn irrigation system buried nearby. They worked as a team to drill all the holes necessary to thread the new line into place. I noticed they were in constant communication at each stage -- pausing to evaluate their progress and then wasting no time moving to the next phase. Pieces of drywall were carefully removed, and set aside for us. There was no mess in the house afterwards because Mario cleaned it all up! These hard-working young men were also courteous and personable. You couldn't ask for a better team to handle the kind of job they did for us!
