  We had a leaky faucet and called Michael and Son Services. They got to us quickly, and were willing to install the exact replacement faucet we wanted so that the finish continued to match our kitchen. I have waited a few weeks to write this review to make sure no issues arose after the installation, and I am glad to report the new faucet is working well with no leaks. At my request their technician Mario obtained and installed a Moen faucet which I always prefer, and installed it same day, solving our issue efficiently. We like the look as well as no more leak! Mario was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He is an excellent representative for Michael and Son Services. They are not a bargain basement service because they are a high quality organization in the materials they install and in the people we dealt with both while making the appointment and then when Mario was on site. I consider their service and professionalism worth every penny.

  From the initial contact on Google to the next day appointment and updates, we were off to a really great start. Then Phillip came to replace my garbage disposal. I was impressed from the placement of a dry mat on the outside of the door to him putting on shoe covers. This young man was polite and courteous! Just wow! He completed the work and cleaned up excellently after himself. Job well done!!! Happy customer! -Joyce C.

  Technician Mark Flores was absolutely knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding. Our heating & cooling system stopped working on 07/03 and we were stuck in a very hot house and needed someone ASAP to come out and fix the issue. We called Michael & Sons Services and they sent someone out immediately to diagnose and resolve the issue and they did just that! We are truly blessed and grateful for Mark and the entire Michael & Sons Services company for being available to rescue us from what could have been a very terrible situation!

  All of the personell I have dealt with, techs, installation crew etc.are very professional, knowledgeable and take the time to explain every process. They are also very nice, respectful and personable. I knew that my 27 year old A/C probably needed replacing. My furnace had issues that could be unsafe as it was gas, I was shown pictures of the problem by the technician. He also explained in detail the issues with both units. I was not pressured to purchase anything, options were available to get my old A/C unit up and running. I chose to replace rather than a costly repair. I would definitely recommend this company. Great service.

  We are not diy or fix it homeowners. For some things I’m willing to take the chance but plumbing and electric are two areas I don’t want to play around with especially in an older home. So glad we were recommended Michael & Son. Zachary was the technician who came out. He was very thorough, showed us what was wrong, gave us different options that helped us make an affordable choice for our family, and then sent us pics and videos along with the receipt and invoice. Will definitely be reaching out for future needs.
