Aaric was fantastic. Our plumbing issue turned into an electrician issue and Aaric was awesome, stepped up and saved me thousands of dollars. He was here for a while and honestly best value you can get from a plumber in Reidsville. Stop calling around and instead call this guy who showed up last minute and knew everything that was wrong and fixed it. I could type a thousand good words because I'm so happy.

Nate came out same day call today, got blasted with the toilet water to end his shift! He was a good sport about it, thanks again for everything! Satisfied and will be referring everyone to DD!

I called drip doctors today on 07/01 and they sent Nate out same day to fix our plumbing issue. Nate did a great job and I was very pleased with the level of service from him. I recommend drip doctors for all your plumbing needs!

No words to describe how awful my experience was with the tecnician that was sent out to diagnose my clogged sewer line. I am a 68 year old female and felt like I was targeted as an easy mark. Was given a quote of $14-$16k and shown a picture of a tree root covering the entire sewer line. I was told this was an emergency and a crew would need to come out and dig up my driveway to repair this “emergency “. I politely declined and called another service. Turns out the line he supposedly photographed is an abandoned sewer line and the adjacent newer line had no root damage but was clogged by tissue from visiting guests. The clog was located and cleared in under 20 minutes. I do not wish to trash a company based on a bad diagnosis but this is not what I would have expected from a plumbing professional.

Our service date was January 16. The repair itself was completed quickly, and we initially appreciated the communication and service. However, I was supposed to receive a copy of the plumbing report so I could submit it to the water company for reimbursement, but it was never sent. My husband and I have spent months trying to obtain it by calling, leaving voicemails, sending messages through the website, and even reaching out via Facebook messages and comments. Unfortunately, we have received no response. As a result, we were unable to pursue reimbursement for our increased water bill. To make matters more frustrating, we now have a new leak in a similar area of our yard and have no documentation or information regarding the work that was performed in January. We are disappointed by the lack of follow-up and communication after the service was completed.
