- AAAndrea O (Andrea)May 12, 20261.0Bradley Lu, the service technician was excellent and very informative. Thank you Bradley. However, when I called to discuss why I wasn't sent anything through the mail about my 2025 mantinence plan from a Lucus Lutz with Canter Aftercare department, I was told that I signed terms and agreement and I should have read through them to know that if i didnt get my maintenance done every year it will cancleled my 10 year warrenty through Canter, however I wasn't asked verbally explained or offered the maintenance package when we purchased the system in 2023. To spend this king of money for a system and not given a plan up front to purchase the maintenance plan is ridiculous. I did my maintenence in 2024 but didn't get sent anything through the mail or a call nor voicemail for the 2025 maintence which was due last November of 2025. When I asked to speak to corporate or a manager I then was hung up on. I highly disappointed in Canter Power System.

Now that we need to maintain anything no one will respond to phone calls for a load balancer that has been down on AC unit under warranty for 4 weeks. Very poor ongoing customer service. Been trying to get a repair that is under warranty and can’t even get a call back.
