  The technician was delightful and explained every detail. He cleaned and lubricated the entire door x 2 and I was very pleased with the job he did. I highly recommend this company!

  While the technician was friendly, I was not convinced by the proposed solution and felt the quote was too high especially since part of the fix required ordering parts they didn’t even have on hand. I ended up calling another local company that came out the same day, and in less than two hours my garage door was fully repaired at a much more reasonable price. I initially contacted Skylift because of the sticker on my door, but I’ve since learned that builders often go with the cheapest installation options, and some of the original parts used were not the most adequate. After replacing them, the difference in performance is very noticeable. Unfortunately, I will not be using Skylift Garage Door Service again and would not recommend their services.

  Got a professional evaluation and estimate. All details were satisfactory explained. We decided not to install a different system on the existing craftsman hardware. Price was a factor as well

  I had a garage door screen custom made and installed. Love my door and loved their customer service and reps. Michael did a great job!
