Had Natural Gallery come out to repair a chip in my quartz counter. They did a great job and were very professional.

In love with our kitchen island! The waterfall legs and veins look amazing! The team was super knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great color in my budget. The project from start to finish went much quicker than I expected. The big brand stores told me it would be almost a month. Can't thank them enough. I will definitely be back once I'm ready to redo our bathroom countertops.

Could not be more disappointed with this business.
I approached them with the idea of extending my kitchen island countertop. I did not specify a particular amount of overhang — only that I wanted it extended beyond the very small existing 12” overhang, and that whatever support was necessary should be included to do the project safely and correctly.
I provided photos from the beginning, and their fabricator later came out to take measurements. After measuring, they actually told me the existing support was sufficient for the new overhang.
The installation process itself was already frustrating. I took a full Friday off work, disconnected plumbing, and waited at my home all day, only to be told around 5 PM that the crew would not make it and would instead come the following morning. I then had to cancel Saturday plans because I had no working kitchen sink or plumbing and could not delay further.
The countertops were finally installed, and I was not informed of any concerns during installation. Instead, hours later, I received a phone call stating the crew now believed additional support was needed and suggested installing L brackets. Fine — that was coordinated and scheduled.
However, when they arrived to install the brackets, they then decided the brackets would not help and that the actual issue was that the kitchen island/cabinets themselves were compromised and needed additional structural support.
At no point prior to starting this project was that raised as a concern. Had it been, I would never have moved forward without addressing those issues first.
After waiting a week to hear their proposed resolution, I was ultimately offered the option for them to cut the slab back down and provide “$200 or so” toward plumbing costs. By that point, I had already hired knowledgeable professionals who identified a proper solution for the problem they created.
What is most disappointing is not simply that an issue occurred — it is that this project moved forward without properly evaluating the structural implications first, despite them presenting themselves as the professionals responsible for assessing exactly that.

Very knowledgeable and explained everything I asked about. Stephen & KC were great during this whole process. Time frame was very quick and they had a cancellation so I got them installed a day earlier than scheduled. They don’t do tile work which would have completed my kitchen but I’m still very happy.

Will you disconnect/reconnect my plumbing, gas, or electric cooktop when installing my countertops?
We don't handle gas or electrical disconnections/reconnections and recommend that this is taken care of prior to the installation date of your new countertops. We are able to coordinate the disconnection/reconnection of your plumbing though and use licensed plumbers to do this. If this is an additional service you require, let us know and we can add this to your project estimate
Should I see my stone before ordering it?
It's not mandatory but it's wise. Each and every piece of granite & stone is unique. The color tones may be lighter or darker from one slab to the next, the patterns vary, and the dimensions differ. You can pick from a small sample but this sample will never showcase the uniqueness of your slab.
Should I do a slab layout?
We require slab layouts for customers who have inconsistent stones. Layouts are beneficial if you have a favorite area in the slab that you would like placed in a specific area (of your kitchen). Likewise, layouts are beneficial if there is a spot or area of the slab that you hope to avoid.
Should I use marble in my kitchen?
Marble and Quartzite can be extremely sensitive. Scratching and staining should be expected. In our low-to-no-maintenance society with expectations of perfection, we do NOT recommend the use of these products in kitchens. However, if you understand the above limitations, accept that the material will scratch and stain, are okay with this, and cannot find another option with that striking natural look, then go for it.
Does granite stain?
Granite has the ability to stain. However, we will apply a sealer prior to installation to protect your investment.
How do I properly clean and care for stone countertops?
There are many great and safe products on the market. In our home, we use Mrs. Meyer's Multi-Surface Everyday Cleaner Spray or Mrs. Meyer's Dish Soap. Dawn dish soap is commonly used by customers. A little soap and water goes a long way in keeping your countertops looking great. Another one of our favorite products is Pledge Multi Surface with disinfectant in the aerosol can.
Be sure to first remove excess debris prior to cleaning the countertop by wiping debris off with your hand, towel, or dampened cloth.
Microfiber cloths are ideal for cleaning stone countertops. Washcloths and paper towels can be used. However, make sure to not use abrasive cloths or sponges.
DO NOT use acidic chemicals on stone countertops, such as vinegar, lemon, or ammonia. We DO NOT recommend using windex. These will all eat at the countertop finish.
Will you remove my old countertops?
Yes! If you'd like us to remove your old countertops as part of your installation, let us know and we will add this to your project estimate.
