  After thinking we had a good service which we did we get charged for something we did not approve and was under warranty. someone signed our name. We had a water softener that has not been working properly for two years. I will be calling in the morning

  I had an excellent experience with Kinetico. Spencer came to our home and performed a full set of water tests — he was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood every step. We learned our well water had several issues, including radon, and he helped guide us through the best solution. Jacob installed all the equipment and did a great job. He was polite, professional, and took the time to show me how everything works. Spencer later returned for the VIP walkthrough, which was extremely helpful. Overall, I’m very happy with the system and the service.

  Brian’s years of experience was very evident as he walked me through the world of water purification: explaining as he tested our water. I will be able to make an informed decision. It can be confusing to me but he has helped me understand the process.

  I like my Kinetico system, but I was disappointed with my experience ordering a $27 replacement filter from Advanced Water Systems. I was charged $19.84 for shipping and handling, but when the package arrived, the USPS postage on the label was only $6.45. When I asked for clarification, I was told the difference covered handling and labor. I understand businesses have fulfillment costs, but I believe those charges should be communicated more transparently so customers can make informed decisions. Had I known the true cost upfront, I would have driven to the dealer to pick up the filter instead. Unfortunately, my concern was never really addressed, and I was repeatedly offered membership programs for HUNDREDS of dollars rather than a resolution. The experience left me with less confidence in doing business with this dealer.

  Our technician's name is Jacob Classen. He let us know what time to expect him, and arrived within that time frame. He was pleasant, respectful of us and of our property, and worked very efficiently to install our system. Upon completion, he went over the details of the system, pointed out several monitoring aspects of the system, and answered all of our questions plainly. We look forward to learning how well the system will serve us. Prior to deciding on which company to choose, the representative - Spencer - did an excellent job of presenting Kinetico and the available options to us. He was also pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. Both of these associates of Kinetico inspire confidence in the company, and in their continued support of the system.
