  Vlad did outstanding work while performing our 6 month water system maintenance. It was evident he had all the knowledge required to complete all tasks. He provided photos of each service. He was friendly and took the time answer my questions. It is great to know your water is safe to drink and tastes great. Vlad did a great job and certainly exemplifies the high standards we have found with Kinetico. Thanks!

  Spencer the “Wild Chemist” was absolutely fantastic! He was fun, courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire presentation. He explained everything in a clear and informative way while keeping it engaging and enjoyable. Watching him test our water with his portable lab was honestly fascinating and entertaining at the same time. His thoroughness and congenial personality made the whole experience both educational and fun. A true professional who clearly enjoys what he does — highly recommend!

  Working with this team has been nothing short of incredible. I have been super impressed from start to finish! Spencer was our consultant and he was knowledgeable and educated us and had answers to all of our questions, and we had many! He was able to address several concerns we had and really knew his stuff. Tylor was our install guy and he was stellar from the moment he informed us he was on his way. He worked with us to make sure the install met the space requirements and even accommodated our visual need for aesthetics! Very happy with our experience and I would highly recommend this company and these guys specifically for your water filtration needs! Thank you!

  Steve B was great to work with, he really helped us to diagnose what was going on with our water and recommend which products would be best treat our concerns. He was quick in responding to all of our questions and was happy to share his knowledge in helping us feel comfortable with our decision. Dominick performed the installation of the equipment and similarly was very professional and thorough in answering any questions I had about installation, how the system connected into our existing plumbing, and how to best care for the system. Overall have had a great experience with Kinetico so far, and am looking forward to healthy water for our household.
