  We recently secured services from Blanton's Plumbing Group due to several issues we were experiencing in our home, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Blanton's sent Dustin Bracken to troubleshoot our challenges, and from the moment he arrived, it was clear we were in exceptionally capable hands. Dustin is deeply knowledgeable, highly experienced, and approaches his work with a level of professionalism that immediately inspires confidence. He took the time to thoroughly investigate each problem, explaining what he found in clear, understandable terms. What impressed us the most was the way he laid out multiple options for resolving the issues - never pushing the most expensive route, but instead helping us understand the most practical and cost-effective solutions. His cost consciousness, combined with his service-oriented approach, made the entire experience feel collaborative rather than stressful. We are members of the Blanton's WOW Program, and Dustin's visit reaffirmed why we exactly joined. The level of care, attention, and expertise he brought into our home was exceptional. We were so impressed that we plan to request Dustin personally for our annual plumbing system review, which is included as part of our membership. Having someone was trustworthy and thorough on our side brings tremendous peace of mind. It was truly a pleasure working with Dustin. As a retired architect and the issues my firm experienced with plumbing engineers and technicians, it would be my recommendation for Blanton's to promote Dustin and provide him with a raise. If you ever find yourself in need of plumbing services - whether it is a small concern or a major issue - call Blanton's Plumbing Group and ask for Dustin - you will be glad you did.   Yovani was a superstar! He came in and found the problem, explained it all to me clearly and fixed it so everything is working now. He knows his stuff, he's professional and nice and now, he's the only one I will let do my work! Pay him whatever you have to to keep him, as a former business owner, I know first hand how hard it is to get and keep good professional people and he's great!

  We had a wonderful experience with Blanton’s. I called to have some HVAC work done, they came out the next day, gave me an estimate, ordered the parts and our technician Cuyler had it fixed in no time.

  Josh was amazing find out my problem that other 2 didn't find in few minutes, explains everything and fix it properly and quickly. Wish all technicians were this good 100% recommended. Joshua Ballance save that name that's your guy. Thanks a lot 🙏

  switch and bait I called and explain my issue hair in the drain for 2 tubs, they said they were offering a special for 99.00 to fix the tubs so i call my landlord and got permission. then they switched the price to 99 per tub
