- BJBrandon JenkinsAug 30, 20201.0Trying to get in contact with this company or having someone return you calls/emails is impossible. My first warning should have been prior to receiving the building because I had to call multiple times in order to receive the date the installers would be at the location. Everytime you call and ask anything they tell you someone will call you back to answer your question but no one ever returns your call. They come and pour the concrete and put up the building. I asked about the small pits in the concrete and the man only told me to seal it to cover them. Also the roll up door had a crease in one of the panels. I get in contact and have called the company multiple times over a months time to just be told they would call me back and never have. They finally told me someone would come on Sunday to do the repairs mid morning then nobody showed up and no one called or answered any of my calls/emails. I will continue to try to get my repairs but would not recommend them simply because they wont respond or do any repairs needed.
