  Went in to get a small piece of glass made, lady was rude, took measurements and said she didn't need the old glass, I insisted she keep it to get it right as it was critical and effecting my business security and I needed it right. She said it would be done in a couple days and she would call me..... Never heard back from anyone so I called a few days later at 2 and she said its been waiting for you..... Went to pick it up at 2 the next day and the office was closed, Google said they were open, called and phones said they were open..... Went back the next day to get it, she said she went to a late lunch the day before. I got the glass back to work and it was to big.... I had to take it back and drop it off again and with the original again. When you put the new and the old pieces together it was clearly obvious they were different sizes.... Waited a couple days for it to get finished, picked it up again..... Customer Service (rude), 5 trips (wasted time), 20 min each way (wasted gas), closing work early to drop off and pick up (loss of revenue), security at work (negatively effected)...... No apology, no nothing, and I told them up front I had lots of pieces to replace. I went elsewhere....
