  After a storm caused shingle damage to our roof, TKPA Roofing was an absolute lifesaver. They responded quickly and made temporary repairs right away, securing the areas where shingles had blown off to prevent further damage. From that first visit on, everything was smooth and professional, we cannot say how helpful and professional Jason was. What truly set them apart was how thoroughly they walked us through the entire homeowner’s insurance process. They explained each step clearly, answered every question, and handled the coordination so we never felt overwhelmed. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish—timely updates, clear expectations, and zero surprises. On installation day, the crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. They took great care to protect our plants and shrubs, treated our property with respect, and did an incredibly thorough cleanup when the job was done. You honestly wouldn’t have known a large roofing project had taken place—except that the roof now looks perfect. The entire experience was stress‑free and far easier than we ever expected.   Couldn't be happier with my brand new roof. From initial inspection and estimate by Jason to my conversations with Tiana at the "front desk" and with the owner, Eric were always professional and customer service oriented. Never hesitated to answer any question I had along the way. The crew showed up as scheduled and made short order of removing, repairing and installing the roof components with attention to quality and detail. I have other projects coming and TKPA will be the first I call. Much thanks to all of you!
