- POPam OxendineAug 28, 20262.0Not the selection I expected from a specialty store
- AAamy abangNov 17, 20231.0LL Flooring is a joke! Pay with a credit card if you buy anything or you may never get your money back! Two months still waiting for money back, customer care again a joke. They waited over six weeks and then said they hadn't even issued a check. Go spend your money elsewhere. It's no wonder why they are hit with lawsuits! Bad way to do business. States on website refunds issued within 5-10 business days. Nope. I don't blame the store or its employees, this is a corporate problem. And despite we like the floors we won't be doing the rest of our projects with this company.
- CBChris BryantNov 2, 20235.0Great service very professional. Prices unbelievable goodbye Lowes and Home Depot, BRYANTS HOME IMPROVEMENT strongly recommends you get your flooring from LL FLOORING. ASK FOR JASON. Give us a call when you get your flooring that's BRYANTS HOME IMPROVEMENT.
- TCT.J. CarrollApr 24, 20213.0I ordered my floors three weeks ago. The sales person (Mason) told me it would be two weeks. I’ve tried to cal the Fayetteville store several times but never get an answer from the store. Nor have I received a call or email to provide me an update like mason said I would. I’m about to the point just asking for my refund bc this is ridiculous Not a happen customer at this point
