Showed me pictures of what the flooring looked like installed and called the other stores to see the availability. Before going in I already had a general idea of what I wanted and was able to be in and out within like 30 minutes.

Two months still waiting for money back, customer care again a joke. They waited over six weeks and then said they hadn't even issued a check. Go spend your money elsewhere. It's no wonder why they are hit with lawsuits! Bad way to do business. States on website refunds issued within 5-10 business days. Nope. I don't blame the store or its employees, this is a corporate problem. And despite we like the floors we won't be doing the rest of our projects with this company.
