  I started my journey of building my Townhomes with KCA Design Studios Inc . This was my first build ever . They welcome me and make me feel like the project was theirs . They guided me through all the Steps ( Planning , 3D architectural , Planning & Zoning approval ) . they also have good and affordable builders they work with hands in hands they can recommend to deliver exeptional Projects . They also a list of great source of funding you can leverage to accomplish your project

  If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I spent over a month attempting to get a single service completed through this company. Throughout the process, I paid invoices on time, remained patient, and consistently communicated concerns and questions regarding my permit documentation. I was originally led to believe that the work and documentation would involve the appropriate licensed professionals needed for permit approval and some legal documentations I needed. However, my permit process was delayed due to issues involving the completion of the documentation in a timely manner, the overall submitted documentation and who completed it. During my efforts to resolve the situation, I also received communication from the NC Board of Architecture & Registered Interior Designers stating that Kevin was not licensed to practice architecture in North Carolina and that they were reviewing concerns related to the firm.This experience caused repetitive and significant delays during an already urgent construction matter and required me to begin searching for other professionals to correct or complete the work. Based on my personal experience, I would not use this company again.
