Getting advance notice on the day of the inspection was appreciated so that we could get our non-friendly dog out of the house. Bobby did his usual efficient inspection and did a follow up on a previous issue. Very polite.

The electricians, Keith and Travis were prompt and answered of my questions and concerns. The hvac techs, Tom and Max were also very good. They cleaned up the area of trash and explained the next steps prior to leaving. They were recommended by a friend and I will pass it along to whoever I can as well!
