  My initial thought was Blantons Air pricing was above the local average competition. However, after I saw lead technician Donavan's two incredable days of intensive labor while replacing our outdated electrical equipment installed back in the 1970s. So we had two brand new circuit breakers installed under terrible weather conditions like terencial rain and excessive heat while under direct sunlight. Being very thorough his actions and endless determination to locate all electrical outlets under the house that had only a two foot clearance further demonstrated the dedication to Blanton's customers. My family endorses Blanton's business and very thankful we have the security knowing the job was done incredibly well. Thank you team awesome.

  I have only have one regret Which is that I did not call them sooner. After submitting a request online, someone reached out to me within five minutes. They were quick To get me an appointment set up the next day and that’s when I met a new family member. Gus arrived at my house and made me feel like family. He Listened to my concerns and my fears and frustrations for not having AC for a week. Not only did he provide options, but he walked me through every step of what to expect. I knew I was in good hands! The next day two gentlemen came to install a new unit. Their Names are Taylor and Shawn. They were extremely respectful and very professional with the installation. They walked me through how to use the Upgraded thermostat and made sure I had no questions. Now there was a slight hiccup after they left, and this is where they went above and beyond. When I called. There was a young man named Trey who assisted me and I must say he was so gentle and kind and told me that it will be taken care of. This company stands behind what they say, and they truly do care about their customers. Not only do I have a good Company that I can trust I have a new family member named Gus.

  This review does NOT reflect the service I got from Blanton's plumbing. I had to have a new hot water heater installed and was not expecting to spend nearly $4000 that day. Luckily they offered financing through 3rd party companies. I signed up with Good Leap. Could not go wrong with 18 months, no interest. If I could give Good Leap zero stars I would. I set up payments of course and early on decided I could afford to pay more - less $ I would owe come payoff date. A few months later they stopped that second -larger- payment without my knowledge or consent. I truly believe they were hoping that I could not pay the balance on it's due date. When I called and got the sum for payoff, I mailed it the very next day. 3 weeks ahead of due date. They now have me in collections because they claim I was late. They say they got the check May 1, 2026 yet did not deposit it until 5/5/2026. They have not produced the envelope I mailed payment in with PO stamped date on it. Again, I have no reason NOT to believe they hoped I would be late so they could collect interest. I have ALWAYS had excellent credit scores so I was not a risk to begin with. All I can say is choose anyone else but these folks if you need to finance.

  We had an excellent experience with Blanton's from the first phone call to the final inspection. Geoffrey Edwards explained my options, providing sound advice on replacing my dinosaur heat pump, and upgrading a mazelike ductwork system. I commend Gabriel deBeus, Raymundo Velasquez, and Tyrone Robinson for their diligence and expertise in a difficult task under terrible conditions. I thank Travis Lloyd for his attention to details, and for guiding his team through the difficulties of upgrading an antiquated heating and cooling system. I trust Blanton's with my home repair needs and recommend them for yours.

  after we had an unpleasant surprise with a leak from an upstairs bathroom into a downstairs bathroom, blantons came out the very next day and assessed the damage and then was able to tell us what was needed to fix the problem. skip was amazing with the assessment and the actual fix. he knew exactly what he was doing, was pleasant the entire time, addressed our concerns, showed us all the options we had, and the pricing that came along with it (that way there were no surprises). if we have any other plumbing issues, he’s definitely the one that we’re asking for. thank you, blantons & thank you skip!
