  We had them come out for an estimate on a new HVAC system and were very impressed. They were on time, honest, and answered all our questions clearly. Excellent customer service and very professional.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Technician Caden Brewington was fantastic he inspected our unit and talked to my husband about what he was doing and demonstrated utmost professionalism and communication. He told my husband that he would send an estimate for the fan motor. We received the estimate in a timely manner. We will feel comfortable having Caden service our unit again

  They were great 👍...I would highly recommend them.. I have used them before and are my go to...I trust them completely...I called someone else and asked a price and it was crazy. . I was just making sure that the price was good I knew their work was good. ..and now I know their prices were better...being a senior we have to be careful...been over charged before..

  Bass Air recently installed my new HVAC system 2t heat pump and did a fantastic job, my name is Edwin W. My technicians were Santiago (Jr) and Jason. They were very professional, friendly knowledgeable and focused. They answered any questions I had and made sure everything was done correctly. Excellent job!

  The Technician was very professional, however the service I recieved was horrible. I paid for annual service for two systems. I set a morning appointment about 2-3 weeks out. Bass called the day before the scheduled appointment and asked could they change the appointment date an additional week out. I informed them that does not support my schedule. I was told a supervisor would call me back. The morning of the appointment a person called and ask could we change the appointment from the morning to the afternoon. I agreed to the change to 3-5. Around 3 I had a missed call from Bass with a message, is it OK to send someone out to service my units. I already agreed, why would I need to confirm at 3pm, when my appointment was at 3pm? Needless to say Noone showed for my scheduled appointment. This is the 2nd disappointing incident I experienced with this company. I paid for a service I didn't recieve and they misdiagnosed my system, which I paid an additional $259.00. I think this company is a rip off at this point.
