  Josh helped fix our AC today and did an amazing job! He was very polite and professional, fixed the issue quickly, and frequently checked in with me during the service to give me updates on what he was doing. This is my first time ever leaving a review for anything but I felt the need to do so because of how great my experience with Bass Air has been. I plan to use Bass Air in the future when needed!

  There are so many good words I can say about Bass Air Conditioning Company, however, the one word that automatically comes to mind, is kind. Yes, they are professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough but, this company has only my best interest at heart.

  There office gives you an email address in which is void. Bass A/C and I have attempted to send invoice of service render and their email address is "void". You try to explain to CS representative and they insist there is nothing wrong with their email upload address. CS representative was non professional and discourage.

  Bass AC installed a mini split in my garage last summer. They were friendly and helpful in giving advice for my needs. Zack came to my home this week to inspect the unit. He cleaned it up and made sure everything worked properly. He was very knowledgeable on the unit and the company. He was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him. Thanks Zack for your friendliness and help!!!

  The technician, Mr. Braun was friendly and courteous. He explained what he would be doing as a seasonal check of my air conditioner. I received pictures of what was done. Very satisfied with the service.
