  I need to first say thank you to Macon Cavanaugh for giving me the quote on our new heating and air system. He followed up on every question I presented and did return the call within a timely manner. This young man was always polite, friendly and always treated me as if he knew me my entire life. He is the person you want to come to your home and give you a quote. He is already showing that he plans to treat people with dignity, respect, and up front tell the truth. There were three men who came to install the unit at my home. These young men worked hard, make sure everything was done correctly, and did not waste any time on the job. The three young men I am talking about is Nester, Wesley, and Chris. I would highly recommend these three to install any type equipment you need or want. They clean up before they leave the job site of any paper, material laying around. They do have my respect and trust. The last person I would like to recognize is a young lady that works in the office for Smith & Sons that goes beyond anyone’s expectations. Her name is Kaitlyn Waters who creates all the paper work plus makes sure that you are satisfied with the system and makes sure the warranty is completed and sent in to the manufacturer. She walked me through all the billing that was created and checked over it at least three times to make sure it was correct. She is customer focused wanting each client to be satisfied with the price and the work performed. She is the glue that binds everything together at the end of the job. Yes, I have written a long review about these great people that work at Smith&Sons. They are the one’s that are on the front lines everyday. Bottom line, call Smith & Sons and check them out. You will not be disappointed. Randy

  Blake was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had some issues we felt we were worried about and some small checks that needed done and we will be calling Smith & Sons for any further maintenence or work on our unit/duct routing, thanks again Blake!!!!
