  What a TEAM of Professionals, from Macon Smith who came out and gave his recommendation on the System best suited fir needs, to the Exceptional Professional Installers who have completed a complete removal of the old system and installed the New Trane in under 8 hours. What a Group of fine young men. Jacob Tyler, Wesley Hale, Chris Graham, Nestor Narvaez and Luis Castaneda. TRUE PROFESSIONALS.

  Thank you to Jeffrey Combs for referring us to Smith and Sons! Mr. Kenny, Jacob, Wes, Chris, Nesto, and Luis were all outstanding!! They were all very professional and respectful, and accommodating!! We are all ever so grateful to finally have our AC working again. It was truly a blessing.   It was so hot in my house today. I made a call to Smith and Sons and an hour or so later someone was fixing my air. The gentleman introduced himself and went to work. I also received a previous text about his arrival. I am cool now. Thank you.

  We've used Smith & Sons twice now and both times we received excellent customer service. We just had Arthur out to take a look at our unit(unfortunately the compressor is shot), but he was so kind, relatable and helpful, even giving us other recommendations to try and get us by until we can replace the unit. Most importantly, he was HONEST. I feel like that is hard to come by these days. We will definitely be using them in the future.
