  I had a very positive experience with Charlie from Quality Service Today. He came out to inspect my septic tank. Charlie took the time to examine the area carefully rather than jumping to conclusions or immediately recommending an expensive repair. He explained what he was looking for, discussed the possible causes, and clearly walked me through what appeared to be happening. I especially appreciated that he answered all of my questions patiently and used straightforward language instead of technical jargon. He was honest about what needed attention, what did not appear urgent, and what the next steps should be. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of the property. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary work or additional services. It is reassuring to deal with someone who focuses on diagnosing the problem properly and helping the customer understand the situation. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would confidently recommend Charlie and Quality Service Today to anyone needing septic or plumbing assistance.

  Brandon and Tamil did a great job on cleaning out my septic tank going above and beyond. They dug out my second lid which I didnt even know existed! No other clean out service I've ever used in the past bothered to tell me about a second lid much less dig for it. Thanks guys!

  Technician, Nampier came out to our home yesterday to diagnose problem with our sewer pump. We were charged $659 to take pump out and to put it back together for the diagnostic. He quoted a price of $2000-3000 to replace it with new pump. Of course we did not accept this offer. Think twice before using this company.. Please do not use them. They are not certified through BBB. On top of this bad experience, the technician pulled across the street in front of our neighbors home to do his paperwork. He parked there for approximately 1 1/2 hour and slept in the truck. He pulled off at 4:45. Also the technician gave us his business card if we wanted his personal plumbing work services for a cheaper price! Guess he wanted to make sure he was using all this time doing plumbing job for us so company would believe he was working. Please, seek help from any other company.

  Nice meeting Kenneth, cool dude, did a great job, fun to talk with. The price more than doubled from the advertised initial cost with the standard nessary add ons. Not sure if this is a new industry standard, but it sure was a shock. ...And I even did the digging and cover up.
