  They pressured my friends wife to pay for the service and not go to her husband since he was upset that they quoted them one price over the phone then tried to charge them 2x. Of course, there was NO itemized receipt. A lawyer will be hired to handle this. DO NOT USE THEM. Highly Unethical. I am embarrassed I recommended them to my friend.

  I had two different folks out to my place today from here. Christian Meads did an initial consultation and then Charlie Smith came out to do a camera inspection of the pipes. First, same day service, including getting the second guy out. Great. Second, they were both professional and friendly. I spent more time with Charlie, and he did a good job explaining things so I could understand it, giving me options, etc. Btw, y'all might find it interesting, they came out because my septic line was STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. They also helped clearly document stuff so that the insurance claim will be straightforward.

  Fantastic local company! Couldn't be happier with the tech and the service. Christian was super helpful and gave honest advice. I was worried about a huge upsell suggestion but his recommendations were both pragmatic and genuine. I'm definitely a customer for life.

  I had a very positive experience with Charlie from Quality Service Today. He came out to inspect my septic tank. Charlie took the time to examine the area carefully rather than jumping to conclusions or immediately recommending an expensive repair. He explained what he was looking for, discussed the possible causes, and clearly walked me through what appeared to be happening. I especially appreciated that he answered all of my questions patiently and used straightforward language instead of technical jargon. He was honest about what needed attention, what did not appear urgent, and what the next steps should be. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of the property. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary work or additional services. It is reassuring to deal with someone who focuses on diagnosing the problem properly and helping the customer understand the situation. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would confidently recommend Charlie and Quality Service Today to anyone needing septic or plumbing assistance.
