  We hired Mold Free for HVAC duct and vent cleaning. Although there are mixed opinions on whether duct cleaning is worth the expense, for us it was the right choice. The service was for a 70-year-old home recently purchased that had sat empty for a number of years. Musty odors were originating from the ductwork. Upon arrival, the Mold Free team showed courtesy, communicated the process, and efficiently completed the project. We are now enjoying a home environment that smells much fresher and it was worth the investment. This was the third service we secured from Mold Free during our process of preparing one home for renting/selling while settling into another. They have been prompt, knowledgeable, honest, ethical, and professional. We will not hesitate to call them again with any future needs to help keep our properties safe and healthy.

  Robert was very knowledgeable and informative about my crawl space insulation needs. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He has a nice personality which is a plus! I would highly recommend him.

  I was very pleased with the excellent communication and service provided by Mold Free NC. Everthing from my call to schedule an appt for the next day and a text upon arrival which was precisely on time went great. I highly recommend this company!

  Arthur was very helpful and provided excellent service. Conrad and Julian took great care cleaning my air ducts and treating my home for mold.
