  We had a mold situation in a rental property's HVAC duct work. Arthur, Conrad, and Julian were very responsive and communicated extremely well through out the whole process. The treatment takes 1-2 days and it is recommended that you hire a crew to clean the unit right after. I also found out that another propert manager who manages another unit in the same complext had used them recently and also recommend them. The price is very competitive.

  We have a vaulted ceiling in our main living area, and black mold had started to accumulate in various spots on the ceiling. Arthur was quick to respond when I called to get a quote. He came later that same day to look at our ceiling and test the humidity level in our home. Humidity level was normal, but with a vaulted ceiling the humid air rises and gets trapped up there. So mold remediation was needed for our ceiling. Within a few days, we got the quote and scheduled with Arthur. I received a text confirmation of the scheduled appointment with the names of the two techs. On the day of the appointment, I received a text when the techs were on their way. Both were professional and respectful of our home with covering furniture with plastic before starting their work. Very happy with the end result! First time having a home with a vaulted ceiling, so now we know to keep the fan in the room on to improve the airflow. We would definitely use Mold Free NC again!
