  We used PlumbV for a recent water heater replacement. We are also members as we’ve used them for a few other minor issues. They’ve been okay overall, a few small concerns with younger techs making a mess of our crawl space but felt comfortable with service so continued our membership. Well, we are hosting guests and our water heater (that they installed) is not working. They have no techs on call and can’t help us for 3 days. We do not recommend the membership - it doesn’t actually get you same day service and we feel silly for paying for it.

  PlumbV Provided great service and got to us quickly as well. Their technician came out on time to diagnose the problem, and they were able to install a new water heater within 24 hours. They offered great communication throughout and I will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs.

  Installed a Kohler Bellwether alcove cast iron tub without any difficulty. Very reasonable price and amazing team to interact with.
