Neal has been awesome to work with. Incredibly personable and professional when he's visited my home. It started off with a water heater repair which he tried diligently to fix before we resorted to a replacement, along with sink replacement that I added on. He explained all of the options and next steps through the entire process and helped with follow-up procedures as well. He was great to work with and will always ask for him by name when making requests.

Not sure what's up with plumbers in the area not knowing how to drive, but one of y'all's idiots nearly caused me to lose control and flip my car yesterday around 2:23pm. Your idiotic driver decided to cut over three lanes of traffic, with no blinker and clearly not checking his blind spots before swerving all the way onto 147's entrance ramp from 85. This is the THIRD plumbing vehicle this year that has come at me OTR. Stop handing company vehicles out to dummies that can't drive properly on the road with the public. DO BETTER!!!!!

Ray and Sawyer did an HVAC system upgrade, and a system assessment at the four year point since installation by the home builder. Great teamwork, clear explanations of their work at every step in their process, and very competent efforts to help us better understand the system and its maintenance requirements. Happy Home Services is a squared away company with a great work ethic. Recommend them unreservedly.

My technicians, Marc and Ray, were absolutely the best. They were professional, but fun at the same time. They came with smiles and left with smiles, even after crawling under the house to replace a leaking valve. They also did some adjustments to keep an older air conditioning unit running smoothly. I appreciated that they shared these details. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks, guys! You were a delight to do business with today.

We were very pleased today to have Ray Carson of Happy Home Services to inspect our HVAC system for the season. He also installed an Air Scrubber on the system to reduce any allergens in the air. We are new residents in NC and new to this home. Ray provided excellent explanations of how the heat pump and AC systems work in this environment. We really appreciated his technical expertise, his friendly demeanor, and his patience explaining the HVAC system to us. We are pleased to know Happy Home provides emergency service for both HVAC and plumbing systems.
