  Great service. Really nice folks. Very careful and extremely thorough job. Everything was done right using excellent quality materials. Not cheap, but we certainly got what we paid for. We signed up for the annual plan and look forward to the future service.

  Marc is the G.O.A.T. I had an issue with a mini split and I’ve had two technicians come out to the house. One replaced a control board for $650+, the unit still didn’t work and they tried to sell me a new unit. I called Happy Home Services and Marc came out and solved the issue in less than 30 minutes (the float switch was too low and needed a simple adjustment). Couldn’t be happier with Happy Home Services. Customer for life!

  We needed to have our shower repaired & for reasons, we needed a new repair person. We had just received a flyer from Happy Home Services, so decided to give them a try. It was very easy to get a timely appointment by calling them, as I didn't feel comfortable scheduling our first appointment online. They were very clear about the evaluation changes, which came off the bill if we decided to go ahead with the repair work with them. They also asked for pictures of the job so that they would be better prepared. We were given a 2-hour window for when the plumber was to arrive; Neal H was actually early. Has anyone ever heard of that? The plumber, or any other service provider being early? He looked well groomed & highly professional; I felt confident in his abilities to meet our needs just from looking at him. He efficiently diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate straight away; the estimate was not out of the ordinary for the work expected. Once approved, he quickly completed the job and I was able to pay using my phone. As an aside: my home is a total disaster area, again for reasons; Neal absolutely did not show the least bit of judgment on his part. I apologized for the state of my home & he dismissed it. He really didn't seem to be bothered. That is a relief because I really don't like people, even people I love, coming over. We have other plumbing issues that need attending to once we can afford them; Happy Home Services will be our go-to for all of them.

  HVAC tech came out at night to fix emergency. We told him we needed a price before doing any work. He didn’t get approval for work, did it anyway, and told me I was going to pay almost $1,000 for it or he’d be undoing it. He undid it and left my tenants stranded. He took time to tell them though. Extremely unprofessional. Company took no responsibility. Their answering service couldn’t even give us their email.

  Ray instantly calmed my nerves when he walked in with his positive, cheerful spirit. He already knew what was happening before I could even finish explaining the issues with my AC unit. He quickly performed a thorough assessment, showed me pictures, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone with no experience in HVAC systems. Ray provided a quote and could tell by my expression that I wasn't prepared for the unexpected expense. Instead of pressuring me to have everything repaired at once, he thoughtfully recommended addressing the repairs one step at a time since one of my AC units was still functioning well. I truly appreciate his kindness, patience, honesty, and professionalism. I was blessed to have Ray as my technician, and I hope everyone has the opportunity to experience his exceptional customer service.
