  Late in the evening of July 3, 2026 my AC stopped blowing cold air. The next morning, July 4th, I called the office at 8am explaining the situation. I was given an appt that same day which did include an additional charge for the holiday, which I completely expected. The tech showed up within the given window and examined the outside condensing unit. Problem was the capacitor, he didn’t have one on the truck but they had one at the parts warehouse. In hardly no time at all, the tech went to the warehouse, returned to my home and fixed the problem. Cold air immediately began to blow. Tonio was the tech and he was nice, informative and easy to talk to. First time using One Hour/Green Horizon and it will not be the last! I’ve told friends and neighbors about my experience and will continue to do so.

  Very responsive to our request. Tyler diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Very fair price as well. I have been a customer for years, and will continue whenever needed.

  Estimator came out and unfortunately was not able to quote the services I wanted, but they still provided guidance and suggestions. They seem to be a good company with good ethics.

  I needed immediate assistance to correct an existing safety issue with an improperly installed transformer mounted on a wood stud in my crawlspace, so I called Green Horizon One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and they quickly dispatched Eric Meyer, a skilled technician with 31 years of experience, to address my problem. He was courteous, professional, and friendly; he accurately assessed the situation, explained what he needed to do to correct the issue, and then did so to completely correct it. He did a fantastic job! Within 25 minutes of completing this job, an HVAC technician, Toni Matthews, arrived at my house to complete a scheduled semi-annual HVAC tuneup, which he quickly did expertly and efficiently. He also was very personable and addressed all my questions and concerns … another great job! I would strongly recommend this company’s services for any heating and cooling issues!!
