  Lorenzo, aka Renzo, was amazing! He was professional, polite, respectful, and very clean throughout the entire visit. What really impressed me was that he automatically wore shoe covers without being asked. As someone who has a strict no-shoes-in-the-house rule and is a bit of a germaphobe, I truly appreciated that level of consideration. I’ve had technicians in the past who seemed bothered when I requested it, but Renzo understood the importance of respecting a customer’s home. His attention to detail and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend him!

  I would like to take the honor and recognize one of your HVAC experts Mr. Renzo that assigned to me via AHS. He fixed my air condition problem, displaying the knowledge and expertise of a true professional/expert. He answered all my questions and was able to explain it in layman's terms. My unit is working great. I wish all HVAC company's personnel performed and displayed these traits. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and colleagues. I suggest to this (Mac Bros Mechanical LLC) company, add Renzo as one of your key trainers for new hires. In closing, Renzo is a multiplier to this company, keep this guy on your staff at all costs.

  This company really saved us and our dog’s lives! Our ac stopped coming on Saturday (the temp in our house reached 88 upstairs, 85 downstairs), we put in a work order through AHS Sunday evening and they called Monday morning, sent a pro (Aaron Flores) on Tuesday at the BEGINNING of the allotted time and got the job done! It happened to be a drain clog. I’m so thankful and recommend them 10 out of 10
