  Technician Holden Smith did an excellent job during my first annual maintenance visit. He explained in detail how the HVAC is functioning and provide us with some recommendations. He was on time and called 30 minutes before arriving. He was very professional and knows what he is talking about. This is my third home, and we were very impress with his mannerism.

  I’m sixty eight years old and have been having my HVAC systems at my home here in Sanford and at North Myrtle Beach SC serviced and maintained since the early 80s. I have never seen a HVAC technician as thorough as Brian Perez. Brian checked and Cleaned or scrubbed more than I’ve ever seen. I can’t say enough about Brian being so thorough at servicing and checking every detail on my Daughter’s Trane HVAC System here in Sanford. Employees like that have got to be hard to find. I’d keep him! Thank You Brian Perez for taking care of my Daughters Trane unit. I will be requesting that you return this fall for the winter checkup.

  We moved into a home that had a “home warranty”. That company broke both units in the home. Carolina Comfort to the rescue! Servicing, leak detection, unit replacement, and preventative maintenance all in one! We could not be more impressed with Carolina air throughout each phase that was created by non-licensed hacks. Thank you so much for your professionalism and customer care! You have a customer for life!

  Recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew Moore and Gavin.They arrived at the designated appointment time, explained the service to be rendered, and completed all work in a timely manner. My wife and I were pleased with their friendly demeanor and attention to detail. We are very satisfied with Carolina Comfort Air for servicing our HVAC needs and would recommend them to others.

  The dreaded day finally came… my 21 year old unit died. After multiple estimates, I chose Carolina Comfort Air for a couple of reasons of most importance to me: clear, timely communication, great options and pricing. Matt Barber is a super personable professional who didn’t waste my time. The installation team ( Rodolfo Gonzalez and I am sorry I can’t remember the other young man’s name) came today and I couldn’t be happier with how the install went. Super professional, friendly, clean, and kept me informed. I have to say that I am extremely happy with Carolina Comfort Air and so glad I chose them!
