  I had an excellent experience with Chance today. He was courteous, kind, respectful, and incredibly professional from start to finish. He took great care of my home while completing the repair, worked quickly and efficiently, and explained everything he was doing along the way so I understood exactly what was happening with my system. He even offered to help me set up the app for my unit since I had just moved into the home two weeks ago. Chance is exactly the kind of technician you hope shows up when you need an HVAC repair—knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He represented the company exceptionally well. I’ve used this company for my last two homes and have consistently had great experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in any future home or recommend them to others. Thank you, Chance, for such outstanding service!

  No complaints about the service from the technician, but the prices for the labor performed were extremely ridiculous. I paid $800 for not even 30 minutes of labor. The tech suggested a few other things that I was willing to get done if they would just waive the diagnostic fee despite the high priced estimated. Mind you I would have still been over $800 but some sort of courtesy would have been appreciated. Tech also told me a 5 year warranty on the capacitor I got but the receipt says 2 years. The Tech sat in my driveway longer than it took to do the work, 30 mins after I have paid and still in my driveway as I’m typing the review. First & last time using these guys.

  Needed new A/C system. Daughter recommended Carolina Comfort Air. Called them and got good responses from the get go. Jon Mitchell gave me a very good estimate. And technicians Brian Sablan and Cody were the installers. All team members were courteous, knowledgable and very professional. Highly recommend!!!

  We had an amazing experience with Jaun L., Bradly F., and Kevin S! They were fast, efficient, and very communicative throughout the entire install. They explained the process and huse of our new equipment and cleaned up everything upon completion. Would not only recommend this company but would recommend these professionals to both family and friends

  Carolina comfort air has by far the BEST experience technicians my wife and I have ever had from a service company Selvin Velasques was the most professional service technician i have EVER seen that man was very thorough with his work and report, VERY respectfully and knowledgeable that man is an asset to carolina comfort air we will be using carolina comfort air for ALL of our heating and air need! Thanks again Selvin for all your help and professionalism from the Greene Family!
