  Gavin did an excellent job during my AC maintenance service. He was professional, on time, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. He explained what he checked and answered all my questions. Great experience overall I highly recommend Gavin and Carolina Comfort Air!

  Moved into a home about a month ago to find that all of the duct work was old and needed to be replaced. Another company had quoted me an astronomical price, so wanted to get a second opinion. Brooks came out to my house and explained everything to me and was able to send me multiple quotes so I could make a decision that was best for my family! Adam was my lead technician and was very detailed in keeping me in the loop through the entire process on what they were doing over the 4 days of work. Due to old gas lines there was a gas leak during the install. When I called about this concern they sent a technician out at 9pm to address my concern and put my family at ease! The care and consideration of the company, timeliness, and affordability compared to other companies made this hard pill to swallow a lot easier. Highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs.

  My technician Gavin provided a very thorough inspection and servicing of my Trane A/C unit both inside the house and outside the house. After he was done h left me know about what he found and that my unit is well within specs though he did offer a couple of suggestions to prevent future issues. I declined at this time but will consider implementing the suggested items at the next summer inspection.

  Chris Barbour and his team did an outstanding job replacing my HVAC system and putting in a return. They worked well with each other and worked hard. They were courteous and professional. I could not have asked for a better crew to do the job. I am extremely satisfied. My thanks to them and Carolina Comfort Air for such great service.
