  We woke up this morning to a very warm house. Due to prior commitments, I was not able to call to have my AC repaired until 1:45 PM. Landon, the service technician, arrived approximately an hour later. What a surprise because I anticipated to wait until the next day. Landon was extremely courteous and professional. As he entered our home he immediately started putting on shoe covers. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. Evidently, the nighttime thunderstorms produced a power surge that our 21 year old thermostat couldn't handle. Additionally, he checked out the coil in the attic and the compressor. He explained that our system was not performing as originally designed (pressures were low) causing less than optimal cooling. He gave several suggestions and did not pressure us to buy a new system but was genuinely and professionally informing us that our aging system will need to be replaced at some point. I was in the heating business with some AC experience so I know he was being truthful. I value integrity, customer courtesy and professional service. Mr. Landon lived up to my high standards and Jackson and Sons are highly recommended. Thank you.

  Never have I ever reversed a negative review.But like my parents always taught me "first time for everything".I can say every business I've been involved sometimes things could have been done better.Adam at Jackson&Sons should be COMMENDED for making the BEST of unfortunate string of events.He represents Jackson&Sons as well as you can ask a manager to do.The VALUE of a AWESOME MANAGER is not when things go perfect but maybe a little sideways.Adam I thank you for your professional demeanor each time we spoke.Good luck my friend and keep that attitude customers APPRECIATE IT!Thanks again

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dalton and his team that came to our house to fix and replace our AC units. From start to finish, they were absolute professionals—punctual, incredibly clean, and excellent communicators who kept us informed every step of the way. But what truly set them apart was their kindness and warmth. They were so gentle and playful with our animals, and they were incredibly sweet and patient with our daughter whenever she spoke to them. Having people working in your house for three days can sometimes feel intrusive, but this team felt just like family. They did a phenomenal job, but honestly, we were sad to see them go! If you want a team that delivers flawless work while treating your home and family with the utmost respect, look no further. Thank you all so much!

  The service technician that came was great, he knew what he was doing and took the time to explain everything. My only issue was the office person that I dealt with was pretty rude for no reason. They apparently don’t schedule appointments on the weekend however the person I had spoke with the previous day scheduled a two hour window for the service the next day. She said that’s not how it works and continued on with it. Nothing I can do if that’s what I’m told when I talk to your people.

  Never showed up. No call or update to let us know. We set up an appointment last friday and they said they would be here Tuesday. Took a day off of work because you bever know the time they will show up. Called at 8am Tuesday morning to confirm the appointment and we were told they would be there between 1pm and 5pm and would get a call 30-45 min prior. 5pm and no call. I called them and a dispatch lady told me they should be giving me a call soon. 6:30pm comes and no call. I called back and the lady just told me that she was sorry and not sure why the tech never called me and we dont have after hours techs. Now I've taken a day off of work for no reason and still have to find another plumber because im definitely not using them again. Unprofessional lack of communication.
