  The entire neighborhood has come together multiple times to discuss the horrific jobs done by trades in all of our homes. Roofs redone, floors, stairs, mold, showers, anything you could possibly imagine and combined all into our homes. The warranty dept throws the book at us in every turn and tries to say it’s within reason. They have made me takes months off of work to be home for them to redo work and their trades do the same things time and time again. Some trades are good but they are allegedly told by SM to do a cheaper job and that SM will take the flack from homeowners. I even took insane videos of the Culverts flooding like swimming pools, trades painting with their fingers, mold, damage causes during repairs, etc. Even a few weeks ago, some car was flipped over in one of the culverts as someone drove into it leaving their home. For over a year, I’ve been dealing with non stop repairs and so have all the home owners. Many of these repairs have been done multiple times before it’s right. If SM tries to tell you otherwise, GO ASK THE RESIDENTS, they will tell you the TRUTH. Also, go back and talk to some of the owners who left good reviews from 4-5 years ago….see how they feel about it now.

  It’s a beautiful community & great homes to live !!! The triple “T” team (Tina , Tim & Tylor) are great people to work with. They are always there to help. There are certain things need to be done which are necessary for the safety of residents. 1-The ditches at the front lawn should be covered bc it is huge safety issue . 2-There should be street lights specially at each corner of the street.
