  Great visit by technician Joshua! He was on time, very friendly and informative, and thorough with his work. We have a relatively new house, and did not want to hear all the usual upsells that the big box companies give us. He did a great job, explained everything and did a great job.

  Casey came out today to perform out spring MSA service to help keep our Trane units running at top performance. He was very thorough and cleaned everything! Really great to work with. Lakeside has been a great company to work with and have been customers of theirs for year. Highly recommended!!!

  Wow I cannot say enough good things about these guys, super attentive, quick to schedule and my technician, Casey was just went above and beyond what I expected from an AC tech. He really took the time to explain everything he was doing and also some great tips to maximize my system and avoid failures in the future. I will 100 percent use them for all my AC needs going forward.

  I bought a new HVAC from Lakeside about 6 years ago and have had them come out to do the routine maintenance. It has completely changed my past experience with HVACs for the better! Their service people are very good. They never try to sell you something or add something. They follow a checklist about about 30+ items. They're neat, focused and do things that sometime techs skip over. I usually ask for Casey if he's available. He's terrific. He explains what he is doing and why and is very patient with my questions. Ask to see their checklist, talk to the people in the office. You will be impressed.

  Our 14 year old HVAC system was failing, first with the heat strips, then with the A/C controls. Just when I thought customer service and quality workmanship was a thing of the past, we found Lakeside Heating and A/C. For both issues we worked with Austin. Let me say he knows his job well! Quickly and correctly diagnosed the failures, and promptly worked out a solution. And, I'm happy to say as they followed through with everything from getting the parts and scheduling a service repair in a timely manner, they are now our HVAC service provider! And, I want to thank Stephanie for timely and accurate estimates, again, someone who cares about the customer! Great job to both of you..many thanks!
