I had my HVAC worked on by this company and they are so professional and wonderful. Today I had my drum cleaned out and a young man named Joshua did the job. He was professional courteous, nice, well mannered, and got the job, done quickly.. I enjoyed having them in my home today and he did the job well done. I recommend this young man to come in my home and work for me on my projects anytime! He was a hard worker. Please keep hiring workers like this! Job well done Ace.

We discovered we had a water leak in our basement this morning at 10:00. I called and spoke with Misty, she asked for a few details about our situation and contact information made an appointment but told me she would try to get a technician out earlier if possible. Thirty minutes later they’re on the way and within an hour’s time those guys are finished and ready to go on to help someone else! Thank you so very much!! That’s service I am happy to pay for today!

Today Shannon came out to the house and rectified a small small problem with my AC Unit.He was upfront, knowledgeable, and completed service in a timely manner. He took the time to be thorough even handling another small issue.Shannon has been our third ACE representative in the last few years and we will continue to use ACE Services. My only complaint is our dog wanted to leave with him.

Very unprofessional experience with ACE. We had their biannual maintenance plan, and after a routine visit, we were told our unit was leaking and needed 2 lbs of R22 at a cost of $476. We were also told we’d soon need to spend thousands on a replacement or a drop in. My brother has 13 years of HVAC experience and independently tested our unit after their visit. He found it was running fine and only about 3 oz low, nowhere near what ACE claimed. Needless to say, we will not be continuing service with ACE. Marcus Smith and his partner were the technician that attempted to con us. ACE will take attempt to take money even if not needed, so I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before paying for expensive repairs or replacements. Home owner: LaShae Coleman

We cannot say enough good things about Michael and the service he provided. When he came to our home, he quickly identified that our HVAC coil had not been installed correctly, along with several other issues caused by the previous HVAC company, Rye. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He not only explained the problems clearly but also went above and beyond to help us while we waited for the repairs. He arranged for us to have a portable AC unit to use so we wouldn’t be without air conditioning. Within just a few days, Michael returned on a Saturday morning to correct the installation issues and get our system operating properly. The AC now runs better than it did when it was originally installed!
