  Name is Ken, working at the Dollar General in Travelers Rest, SC. Our AC has been out since March of 2026, posting in August of 2026. We had a handful of others companies come to fix the AC and all of them said they were waiting on parts just to never show back it. Took these guys less than 2 hours to come out and finish the job. Good dudes I wish I had their names, spent some time chatting with them in the 97° weather. Bought them both a cold gatorade in appreciation.

  The Price team was professional and very knowledgeable. They did a great assessment of our current HVAC and what we needed in the new system. They did a great job. They show up on time and are really nice to work with. We are very happy with our Rheem3 ton heat pump.

  After not being able to reach our previous HVAC company for several days I called Price to have someone come look at a non emergency issue with our unit on a late Friday afternoon. They were able to get me on the schedule for Monday. Zachery called to let me know he was on his way, he arrived when he said he would, and he was genuinely polite and courteous. He jumped right in to find the issue and took care of it within 20 minutes. I was impressed that there was no push to sell anything extra and he told me exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. I appreciate that because every time we have needed a service call with other companies, they end up trying to sell you something else. We have found our new HVAC people after this experience. They are reliable and the price was reasonable for the service needed. Thank you so much Price Services for showing up and taking great care of us!!

  We really appreciate the work that Price Services did in replacing our HVAC system. Brooklin in the office was so courteous and prompt in returning our calls, and she was able to work us in their schedule earlier than we had expected. Dillon, Tyler, Ethan, and Zach were very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. They were efficient in getting the work completed and went the extra mile to make sure that the job was done right. We have been very pleased with the results.

  My hot water heater burst open and spewed water out into the crawl space under my house. It was late at night when I found it. I contacted Price Services the next morning. Brian was able to come out and inspect the problem. This was on Wednesday. He and Sam were here on Friday morning and replaced the water heater. They also placed a reducer on the water line coming into the house due to the pressure was higher than it was supposed to be. I also needed to have a leaky outside spigot and an electrical receptacle under the house replaced as well. They cleaned up and hauled away the old tank and left the area very neat. I also communicated with Brooklin. She kept me up to date on the process and sent the agreement/invoice to me so I could sign it online. Brooklin, Brian, and Sam were professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing, electrical, or HVAC services. I will be reaching out to them again for fall HVAC maintenance.
