  From the initial visit to assess our project, every aspect of what was needed to correct the leveling was clearly explained. The electronic details outlining the scope of work, along with the detailed cost breakdown, were extremely helpful and made the entire process easy to understand. The company maintained excellent communication with us leading up to the day our garage floor was scheduled to be leveled. They contacted us 30 minutes before arrival and were right on time. The two gentlemen who completed the work were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what they would be doing. The finished results exceeded our expectations! We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team.   Emiliano was our tech for a recent annual inspection and repair. He was timely, friendly and informative. When he had to come back for a repair once parts were in stock he kept me informed about arrival time and what work would be done. The best interaction I have had with this company in the 6 years we have been a customer!

  My mother, Barbara Daugherty, loved the service she received. She praised the professionalism and kindness of the people.   Had great service on the 12th of August 2026 by Emilian(Emi). He changed the filters on the dehumidifier, cleaned it, moved to the support jacks checking them, and then went around the crawl space checking the liner for any problems. One little thing that I would like to have known about would be the price increase from last year to this year.

  I have a small area at the edge of my driveway that worried me about erosion. Jeremy with Southeast came out and showed me the true extent of the problem. He showed these issues to me and didn't just tell me I had problems. Jeremy showed me other issues with my driveway and then worked up a plan to repair the issues. He was SO knowledgeable and very friendly and spent as much time with me as I needed to ensure I understood everything. I was already sold but he actually showed me why it was important and that I'd called at the right time before things got worse. He wasn't trying to get more money out of me, I know this because I asked him to look at my steps and he told me the cracks were old mortar and not something I needed Southeast for. I look forward to seeing the work done and as far as customer service is concerned, I totally recommend Southeast and Jeremy!
