  We had our crawlspace waterproofed in 2020. Excellent work and it has performed flawlessly. We have continued with the annual maintenance plan every year since. Daniel came yesterday (and also last year) to perform an inspection and routine maintenance. He is very personable, did a thorough job and explained to us the work he did. He also gave us insight regarding what to expect with the service life of the dehumidifier and sump pump.   I am pleased to recommend Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space repair. For many reasons. The work preformed was exceptional in cleaning and restoring our crawl space. Their team was professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to the beginning to the end of completion. The company competed a thorough crawl space cleaning and soda blasting service, significantly improving the condition of our home. Dusty was courteous, reliable, and kept us informed every step of the way. The Quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and we were extremely satisfied with the results. As we moved through the process there were a few pop up’s no guilt on the company it was on our end. These were handled professionally resolved quickly. They replace our crawl space doors on the outside at no extra cost. The outside door makes a difference in the overall appearance of our house. If you are having a musty smell in your home chances are you need a Soda Blast and kill Mold and other bacteria’s, insects and your house smells cleaner….   The crew that completed our crawl space encapsulation were great. Professional, highly skilled and also answered every question about all materials and the work thoroughly. Did a great job and also left job site clean. Strongly recommend Dustin, Josh, Juan & Miguel. We are planning some floor leveling work for the future and will be requesting this team for that job.
