  I can’t say enough good things about Hawley Air Heating & Cooling. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly took pride in doing the job the right way. I needed a solution to properly cool my detached garage, and they didn’t simply install a system and move on. They took the time to make sure everything was designed, installed, and finished professionally. The attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and overall cleanliness of the installation were outstanding. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values craftsmanship and customer service as much as Hawley Air does. My garage is now comfortable, the installation looks great, and I have complete confidence that the job was done correctly. I would absolutely recommend Hawley Air Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for a dependable, professional HVAC company that stands behind the quality of its work. Five stars without hesitation!

  Brandon really did a fabulous job very knowledgeable very helpful in answering all the questions that me and my sister had he told us about the promotions they were having one of the best I have ever seen will definitely be using them again and the lady over the phone was a very pleasant to speak with

  We had some plugs that weren’t working in our sunroom. Although I hadn’t planned on getting them fixed at this time (I was afraid of the cost), when the estimate came in, I approved the repair. It’s so nice to have someone trustworthy come in and do the work we are not qualified to do.

  Great experience. My ac stopped working and they provided next day service. Tyler was super friendly, thoroughly inspected the ac unit, took pictures of his concerns, and explained everything in detail. My options for making repairs were presented to me in a very neutral way. I made an informed decision without being pressured. My ac is running again and will hopefully give me a few more summers of comfort. I highly recommend them.

  Hawley Aid proved that they truly stand behind their word when they say they strive for a 5-star experience. Every step of the way, Travis was there to answer our questions, address our concerns, and be relentless about making sure the job was done correctly and that we were satisfied. There says a lot about the integrity of a company when mistakes are brought to their attention and they don’t make excuses—they own them and fix them the right way. Hawley Air absolutely did that. They mean what they say when they guarantee customer satisfaction. And if Travis gives you his word that you will be satisfied, he means it. We appreciate the way this company stood behind their work and made sure we were taken care of. The installation may not have gone smoothly, but the way Hawley Air responded and made it right is ultimately what earned our 5-star review.
