  Amazing place amazing staff. Everyone was, and is so helpful. They have answered all my silly questions and been extremely patient and understanding. Buying our brand new townhouse was a breeze and everything is perfect. I highly recommend this place and if you go see them, ask for Tony cos he is the man that will get things done! 10/10 place, 10/10 staff and Tony is 12/10.

  Working with Myleka at Starlight Homes has been such a great experience, and I truly appreciate the level of care she brings to every interaction. She is incredibly personable, kind, and attentive, not just to me, but to my clients as well. That kind of consistency builds real trust and makes the entire process smoother for everyone involved. With over 20 years in real estate, I have had the opportunity to work with many builders and teams, and I can confidently say I am genuinely impressed, not only with the craftsmanship of the homes, but also with the quality of the staff. That combination is rare and truly stands out. Today’s walkthrough with Superintendent Mike was one of the most detailed and organized I have attended. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure no question went unanswered. His professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. Experiences like this are what make strong partnerships so valuable. I am grateful to work alongside a team that prioritizes both excellence and relationships, and I look forward to continuing to grow this partnership for many more successful transactions to come.

  Do not move to this neighborhood or buy from Starlight Homes. This is a new construction home, and our experience has been a complete nightmare—especially as first-time homebuyers. We submitted warranty service requests through the 2-10 portal before our workmanship warranty expired. Our experience with Kris Askew (Customer Care Representative) canceled our last service ticket and then misled us about why it was canceled. At one point, a vendor entered our home and recorded inside without our consent, which violates homeowner privacy. More recently, a vendor from Elite Flooring arrived without the materials needed to replace our vinyl floors. He said the builder told him we had the materials in our home, which we did not. He reassured us he would return, but later we learned Kris allegedly asked him to deny ever saying that. When Elite Flooring returned, the vendor saw the carpet seams coming up, pulled on them, and admitted they needed to be retucked and stapled. He then brought the wrong vinyl color and insisted on installing it anyway. In our opinion we believe this was a setup orchestrated by Kris Askew and Kevin Cheek (Area Construction Manager), who in our opinion have been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire process. This entire experience has been stressful and deeply disappointing. We followed all proper channels, submitted everything on time, and were met with deception and refusal to honor basic warranty obligations. Buyer beware—stay far away from Starlight Homes.

  Starlight Homes at Wilson’s walk has been amazing to work with. Myleka and Michael have been excellent and they take great care of my clients! Their attention to detail is unmatched.
