  Very disappointed with my experience with Reunity. A few years ago, my mom hired them to coat her garage floor. At the time, they said they couldn’t complete a small section because of a commercial ice machine that was in the way. Now that the machine is gone, we reached back out to have them finish the remaining 2x2 area, and the price they quoted was absolutely unreasonable for such a tiny job. I understand businesses have minimum charges, but after already paying for the original project, I expected much better customer service and a fair solution. It’s frustrating to see a company unwilling to stand behind their previous work or help a returning customer without charging an excessive amount.

  Do your research—big box companies aren’t always the best option 1. Busy lives dictated that this epoxy garage coating job needed to be finished as planned; to resecure outdoor garage items, and get back to normalcy. 2. First impression—miscommunication between salesman and installers; Salesman Dennis assured me they would cover entire flooring to include the area under the professional built-in cabinets that extended 22 inches. Installers arrived and told me company policy does not require them to coat the flooring more than a hand’s length under our cabinets. 3. Second impression was that this company lacks equipment oversight. Installers showed up with broken equipment. After an hour watching them scroll their cellphones, I inquired why work hadn’t started and they said they couldn’t start until manager gave further directions on how to proceed. They did not know if they would be able to do the job the same day. 4. We informed salesman, Dennis, about broken equipment, who promptly initiated a solution for a “heavy” discount to keep us as customers and he would attempt to send another crew same day to do the job. 5. Dennis returned the call after 30 minutes apologizing that no crew would arrive, “but he would be happy to knock off $500”, (an insult, to say the least) if we could wait til next available date. 6. Apart from the fact this company failed to complete work on the specified date and sent inoperative equipment to the job site, now we are stuck with weather coming in, garage items outside in the elements, and we are due to leave town in four days. This was on a Friday, btw, and we didn’t have the time to wait around for them to execute an alternative plan of action. 7. We canceled the job and called Stephen at Rocket Epoxy. A small business with no “middle man”. Rocket Epoxy even showed up the next day on a Saturday and completed the job by Sunday—very hard working crew and better priced.

  Just had Shaun and Bailey from Renuity do my garage floor and it looks outstanding- better than my expectations. They were friendly and informative while doing a great job on the work. Thanks!
