  In my personal opinion: Do not use this company. They did a terrible job. They sent a “supervisor” back out to look at the damages and NEVER came back to fix anything he acknowledged was wrong. I am so disappointed and stuck with a VERY expensive shower. I now have to pay another vendor to come fix the stuff they damaged. They caused nail pops in all the adjacent walls, the shower drain does not align with the floor, the wall is bowed from them squeezing in (what I can only assume) was a pan too big for the space. You’re better off hiring one of the big box stores for a fraction of the overpriced junk offered by Mad City. Empty promises by a lack luster company just out to get paid a hefty sum.

  I had 4 windows installed and I already can feel difference in my home with the sun beaming on the new windows. The fact they have a lifetime warranty if any manufacturer defects or install malfunctions makes me comfortable in their windows. Thanks Mad City Family you now have a new member to the family in Greenville.

  Nick was an awesome salesman, who took great lengths to get us the best deal with all the discounts and explained everything to expect for our remodel of our shower. He’s the best. Then we had a great crew of caring and clean workers, Renuity complete an excellent job. My husband and I were so impressed and pleased with our gorgeous new shower. It was worth every penny. Thank you Mad City.

  Chris, Steve and Bryan did an excellent job and installation. Very professional and on time . Explained and questioned about what was to be done and any changes wanted to be done. Coordinated and worked well with each other and very relatable. Very trust worthy and respectable with my property and I felt comfortable enough to leave them in my home with my wife while I attended to other business needs for my church. More than welcome in my home . Thanks for all the work they did and the clean up. Minimum dust and other rooms protected from dust. Thank you again Chris , Steve and Bryan

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Michel and Oscar! They completely renovated my kitchen, and the results are absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. Michel and Oscar paid close attention to every detail and took great pride in their work. They always showed up ready to work, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. Not only are they skilled craftsmen, but they are also genuinely kind and friendly people who made the entire experience stress-free. Their dedication, work ethic, and quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. My kitchen looks amazing, and I am so grateful for all of their hard work.
