  We both agree that we had a great experience with Mad City Windows & Baths of Raleigh recently. We had gotten three estimates for the replacement of our old tub with a walk-in shower. Although Mad City had the highest offer, we chose them based on what we would be getting for the money. All of their staff were easy to work with, professional, and skilled. They did a terrific, high-quality job in LESS than a day from start to finish. We are delighted that they are going to return soon and replace our other old shower!

  Daniel and his crew did a great job replacing my tub/shower combo! The job was completed in less than5 hours! They took extra care bringing equipment in and clean was awesome! From the first contact to the completed job, everyone was knowledgeable and so friendly!

  Our initial appointment to learn more about Mad City Baths was not a good experience, however, the install went very well and was done in one day and the quality of the materials and workmanship over exceeded our expectations. We love our new walk-in shower :)

  I scheduled an in home consultation with Mad City to have my countertops redone. I was called an hour before the appointment and told that the representative wouldn't be able to make it and they could reschedule the appointment. They were about a week and half out. I had already adjusted my work schedule for the day to be home for this appointment. Since my time wasn't of any value to them I elected to not schedule a future appointment.

  Absolutely horrendous sales staff. Guy came to my house (north Raleigh, ~520pm, 8/13/26), no one was home. My wife pulled up with our kids. He accosted her as she was getting out of her vehicle, clearly busy with two children running around, trying to bring things into the house. Despite repeatedly telling him that she did not want this service, did not want the free estimate, he pestered her again and again and again. Kept up with sleazy tactics like "we can only schedule estimates out so far" to pressure her to make an appointment next week. Ignored repeated efforts to tell him no. She resorted to literally repeating "I do not want this" over and over to his face before he finally left. Train your salespeople to read the room! Accosting a busy mom who literally JUST PULLED INTO HER DRIVEWAY about windows and baths, refusing to take no for an answer, is straight up harassment and has no place in the sales industry. Will never, ever, ever use this company and would advise all to avoid. Most likely they give discounts to people who leave positive reviews (very common with scammy, pushy companies like this).
