His attention to detail during the installation was exceptional. He took the time to explain every step of the process, ensured everything was installed perfectly, and never made us feel rushed. It was clear that he takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. What made the experience even more memorable was how wonderful Joe was with our boxer dogs. He was patient, friendly, and comfortable around them, which made the installation day stress-free for both us and our pets. Our process consists of three main steps: schedule, collaborate, and measure & install. To begin, you can either visit our showroom (appointments recommended) or schedule a free in-home consultation. Once you decide to proceed, we require a 50% deposit to place the order. We then order your custom window treatments based on our professional measurements. Finally, our installation team will contact you to schedule the installation and collect the final payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover cards. Please note that card payments incur a 3% processing fee for phone orders and a 2% fee if processed on-site. For your convenience, we prefer payment by check or e-check, which can be processed over the phone without additional fees.
