  From my call for information Shon was thorough and very pleasant. Gave me all of my.options. When JJ showed up he called ahead, arrived with a smile. He completed my service and provided me with tips for the high heat we have been having. Sent his report and pictures before I could type my comments. Thank you both

  Not very happy at the end with this. The first technician came out and stated that we only had one issue with our unit. Then a 2nd tech came out and said there were additional problems even though the original service tech said those parts were working fine. It was very frustrating to hear all this conflicting information with each visit. What started out as an initial $600 repair ended up being an estimated $10,000 repair. No thanks!! I had to go elsewhere to get my unit fully operational and functional!

  I’m so glad I found Carolina Comfort Air when it was time for me to purchase a new furnace in January 2026. And I just had my first summer Maintenance service and was pleased with all communication by Thomas my technician and the office. The entire process was Customer focused as it was in January for purchase and installation. It is a well run company who has embraced technology. Not only do I receive a call when the tech is on the way to my home - - But I am also provided a link so that I can track him from the time I receive the notice and he arrives at my door.

  I had a great experience this afternoon with Joanne at Carolina Comfort Air. I was initially unsure about the process, but Joanne's patience, kindness, and professionalism made all the difference. Joanne's communication skills were clear and concise and she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. She is an asset to her employer and I will gladly refer friends and family.

  Ramsey did an outstanding job diagnosing and resolving our HVAC issue. He was able to identify the problem quickly and clearly explain what was causing it. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail gave us confidence that the repair was being handled correctly.
