  This went so much better than I could’ve imagined. Our A/C was broken when we came back from vacation and they were able to come out super fast(they were here an hour after I booked the appointment online). The cost was reasonable(rare for home services). Jose M. was phenomenal, we feel very lucky that he was the person to come for the service call. Jose was very transparent and great at explaining what the issue was, potential causes, how to fix it, and gave an accurate estimate for both time and cost. I hope that Jose M. gets the recognition he deserves for his efforts!

  Ramsey did a great job diagnosing my AC system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on instead of just trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He found the issue quickly and gave me straightforward advice on what needed to be done. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Definitely recommend Ramsey if you need AC service!

  I had a new HVAC installed a little over a month ago. The entire crew, from Kevin (technician who came out first to check my old unit for the problem) to Jerry Bunn going over my options, to the crew (Jon H, Alex, Ross) who installed the unit and the crew (I forgot their names) that came after lunch for the gas line connection, all were super nice and helpful. And the cookies I received as a “thank you” were beyond delicious.

  Huge shout out to Matt B. for the sales and to Tommy, Justin, and Deandre for the installation! Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire sales process and very patient with us as the project took a little longer than expected. Tommy, Justin, and Deandre were incredibly professional doing the install over 2 very hot days and left the house super clean afterwards! Will definitely be reaching out to CCA for any of our future HVAC needs.

  I can’t believe how much difference it made using Carolina Comfort Air. My unit malfunctioning was definitely not a good thing as it got up to 89 degrees in my home. I called and within an hour Absalom my technician arrived. He quickly assessed the situation and immediately got to work doing the repairs. He was knowledgeable, efficient, prepared and adept at explaining everything that needs had done. I highly recommend this company for the reasons stated above and for the personal care and concern for my wellbeing. In addition I would like to recommend the annual service plan which is extremely affordable and provides the security of knowing the unit will be fully functional all year round. A special thanks to Shon, who was the representative that assisted in setting up the plan via phone with a follow up email confirmation. This company provides state of the art equipment and expertise with the small town personal touch that is much needed in this ever evolving technical world.
