  We had a great experience. The customers service was top tier when calling. They were polite and professional. We had Hunter Hale as our service technician. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained things to help us understand. We highly recommend.

  Wow, what an amazing crew at Carolina Comfort Air. Chris B and Dylan B exceeded my expectations with professionalism, efficiency and excellent quality of work. Their regional manager Caleb R was the first person I met for the sale and I was very pleased with all the customer service before and after. I have recommended Carolina Comfort Air to my neighbors and the active community where I live. thanks again!

  I would give the service technicians Helder & Selvin 5 stars for being very responsive, thorough, efficient, and friendly. They inspected the system and resolved the problem very quickly. On the other hand, I would have a hard time giving the company Carolina Comfort Air 2 stars because they are expensive and other reasons.

  I referred my mom to this company. They were a bit higher than the rest but had heard decent things. When they called and spoke with them they told me I was going to get a 250 referral fee which I was going to give to my mom and then they told her she would get an energy Star tax rebate also. Well she had unit replaced and it does work. The referral fee they found a way out of it and when she contacted the IRS about the tax break for the replacement they told her that her unit that you sold her saying it was eligible was not. Not very honest business practices as for your reply i did have conversation with your tech and sales over the phone, but its all good. have referred a few people there but not anymore. thanks and have a great day
