  We had our hardwood floors refinished and 12 Oaks did a GREAT job.The floors look like they’re brand new again. We didn’t need to move out of the house, minimal odor that was gone in an hour and they were done a day early. If you’re looking to get your floors refinished give 12 Oaks a call.

From the very first estimate to the final walkthrough, Izral and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We had luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installed throughout our home in Wendell, NC, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The crew arrived on time each day, kept the work area clean, communicated throughout the project, and paid close attention to every detail. The floors look incredible, and the transitions and trim work are flawless. What really stood out was the honesty and craftsmanship. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the installation process, and made sure everything was done the right way instead of taking shortcuts. It’s obvious they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for hardwood flooring or LVP installation in Wendell or the surrounding area, I highly recommend 12th & Oak Floor Company.   Choosing 12th & Oak Floor Company was one of the best decisions we made during our renovation. We replaced all of our old flooring with wide plank European white oak hardwood, had our staircase rebuilt to match, and even added custom flush-mount floor vents. The finished result looks like it belongs in a magazine. The hardwax oil finish was something Izral recommended, and I’m so glad we trusted his advice. The floors have a rich, natural appearance, and they truly showcase the character of the wood. What impressed me most was the level of craftsmanship. Nothing felt rushed, and it was obvious that details mattered. Izral was involved throughout the project, his crew was courteous and professional, and they treated my home with respect every day they were here. It’s hard to find contractors who genuinely care about doing things the right way, but that’s exactly what I found with 12th & Oak Floor Company. If you’re considering hardwood floors, stair remodeling, or a complete flooring update, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
