From the first consultation with Trevor to the post installation follow up call with Tim, I couldn't have asked for better service. Everything was done professionally, with great communication, a straightforward quote with no "let me call my manager" shenanigans - oh, and the quote was also the lowest of the 4 I got. The installation crew were on time, professional and worked hard to get the work done well and in good time. Lastly, the windows look so good it's made my neighbors' windows look old and shabby! I couldn't recommend Window World any higher.

Our home is much more consistently cooled and warmed with no hot or cold spots near the windows. As a bonus our home is also much quieter! Fast forward to 2026. We noticed that a few of the windows had shown failure between the panes. We contacted Window World and they were very prompt in sending someone out quickly who confirmed our suspicions and reordered the replacement windows. They were installed last week as promised, with no additional cost to us. The Lifetime Guarantee was honored, and the technician was fast and thorough. I cannot recommend them any higher. What does "Any Size, Installed" mean?
The term "Any Size" refers to any size replacement Double-Hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15" X 26" and a maximum of 48" X 78". "Installed" refers to the removal of a basic Double-Hung wooden window and installing your new Window World replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.
What types of Payment methods & Financing do you offer?

Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?

What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
What do I do if there is a problem with the windows?
