  Thank you so much Trey for your amazing work at my home! My house was struck by lighting and Trey was an expert at explaining what went wrong with my HVAC. He sat me down and explained all options ! He came back Tuesday and did an incredible job fixing and installing what was damaged from the strike. Thank you Trey for your kindness, expertise and prompt service! And thank you Travis Crawford overall!

  Would not recommend. Had a gas leak on a Sunday and TC was first call. Tech couldn’t repair but said he could try a quick fix and then schedule true repair “first thing on Monday morning.” Quick fix predictably still was leaking so gas couldn’t be hooked back up. After not hearing anything from TC by 10a on Monday morning, I contacted the company to inquire when tech would arrive. I was told 12-5p which directly contradicted what rep had said previous day. After multiple calls/texts with TC corp, plumbing mgr called stating that rep would be coming 8a-12p window but only after I called to inquire why I hadn’t heard anything. Rep showed up about an hour later and stated he did not have part and had to go back to yard to retrieve. This is after rep previous day was here and noted everything needed to complete the job. 2 hours and $500 later, fix was completed. Completely dissatisfied with experience and would not recommend.

  Justin Brown provided exceptional service during my system maintenance appointment today. He is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, but what really stood out was his positive energy. He brought such a great attitude into my home, and honestly, into my day and my life. Travis Crawford is incredibly lucky to have Justin on their team. I will use Travis Crawford again, and I will specifically request Justin. He is the kind of person who makes you feel confident that your home and your system are in good hands. 10/10! Highly recommend Justin and Travis Crawford!

  Until few weeks back, i was thinking Travis Crawford Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical company is professional and reasonable price. My AC was abruptly stopped and I called Travis Crawford, because I have maintenance plan with them. Technician who visited was very knowledgeable and helped to identify the issue. We had to replace 35/5 MFD Dual Capacitor. As per technician it was costing $371 and total $471 which includes installations. I did not check price of 35/5 MFD Dual Capacitor online (Home depot or Lowes or online). I told them to install immediately as i trusted this company and was thinking their service is not pricy. The issue is fixed and AC is restarted and working fine. Later next day just out of curiosity i checked the 35/5 MFD Dual Capacitor price online and to my surprise it was costing less than $20. I was shocked to see such huge price difference. Even If i consider the installation cost, it should not cost me more than $100. But just becoz I did not do due diligence of the price and service fee, I ended up paying $471. I called them to check why such big difference. They said their manager will call me explain. But no calls for 2-3 weeks. After few follow ups i received call from Manager and his explanation was that it includes company set up cost, salary, maintenance, service fee etc.. I felt for Capacitor which cost less than $20 in market (+ installation cost which I was ready to pay), the explanation provided was not at all satisfactory and i felt paying $471 was just overprice and not justifiable answer. I am planning to cancel my service plan as well. i will give 2star rating for this experience.

  When you need the calvary this is the company you want to contact! Everyone was exceptional in their role from the first contact to the completion of my repair. Customer service was not only very professional but I noted there was this common thread of empathy no matter who you were speaking to for your situation and a desire to accomodate in unique ways to get you back in service as quickly as possible. A special thank you to Irene, Leslie and Josh (aka Noah) for making sure my experience was one that has made me a loyal Travis Crawford customer always going forward!!
