I am happy to say my expectations were exceeded by your service technician, Troy Bryant because of the following: 1/ showed up on time ahead of the three hour quoted range. 2/ was courteous and professional in his presentation and diagnosis of the problem. 3/ he acknowledged my US Army Veteran status and stated he was one too. 4/ he provided an upgrade for our Heat pump at a reasonable cost vs my second bid which was 10 times more. I highly recommend this company based on this one experience

Fall HVAC checkup service. Excellent service. Troy gave me a full report of how my gas pack was operating. Reminded me to change my filter. Pointed out a little rust in the unit but not a huge concern at this point. Advised my to lower my carbon monoxide detector. It was up near the ceiling. Troy did a great job. Very courteous and professional.

I can’t say enough good things about Josh! He came out to fix my HVAC and was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting everything taken care of the right way. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier. It’s honestly refreshing to have someone come into your home who is respectful, kind, and clearly takes pride in his work. My HVAC is back up and running, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in the Charlotte/Matthews area who needs HVAC work. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us! ❤️
