I am writing this to warn homeowners in the area about
Quality Pro Services. If you are assigned this company through a home warranty provider (like Select Home Warranty), demand a different vendor immediately.
They engaged in predatory sales tactics during a winter heating emergency, performed abysmal work, and left my home with thousands of dollars in secondary damage.
The Bait-and-Switch:
In December, during a severe cold snap, my furnaces went out. Quality Pro inspected the system and insisted all three units needed total replacement for $18,000.
They explicitly misled me into believing they would coordinate with my warranty company for reimbursement. They intentionally evaded my questions about final out-of-pocket costs until after the installation was fully complete, only to then reveal the claim was denied.
Substandard Workmanship & Incompetence:
The installation was a complete disaster. The installers lacked basic training and proper equipment. They literally forgot to install the new parts that came with the equipment and refused to fix it once caught. Instead, they verbally promised a 3-year service contract to quiet me down—a document they now refuse to provide.
The job was so poorly done that it resulted in:
- Immediate water leaks and cracked PVC pipes.
- Official county inspection failures.
It took 5 to 6 return visits in two weeks just to patch their initial errors.
The Current Crisis:
The nightmare continues. Their team failed to properly attach the AC plenum to the new furnace. Now, my main floor AC has completely failed, A/C and water are leaking in my utility room, and my energy bills significantly increasing due to their negligence.
When I call, they are argumentative, vague, and completely lack a sense of urgency. They claim they only have one technician capable of handling the work, leaving paying customers stranded.
Quality Pro Services is a disgrace to the HVAC industry. Save your sanity, your property, and your wallet—go anywhere else. Management, I expect immediate contact to rectify the damage your team has caused to my home.
Beware!!!
UPDATE (6/25/2026): THE NIGHTMARE CONTINUES & MANAGEMENT IS ATROCIOUS
After escalating my complaints about my broken AC and active leaks, they assured me a technician would arrive yesterday (6/24) at 4:30 PM. I waited for two hours. They were a total NO-SHOW. They ghosted my calls and texts all evening.
When I called this morning, they lied and claimed the technician called me to say he was running late. My call logs prove otherwise.
When I pressed them on this, their General Manager, Gerry Williams, was staggeringly rude, arrogant, and combative. He refused to fix their mistake today and tried to push my emergency repair out by several days. In 45 years of dealing with home contractors, Gerry Williams is hands-down the most unprofessional vendor I have ever encountered. Avoid this company like the plague.

I had a great experience working with Devictor. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my HVAC system and explained all of my options in detail without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He answered every question I had with patience and professionalism, which made it much easier to make an informed decision. I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and customer-first approach. If you’re looking for an HVAC technician who is knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely cares about helping you, I highly recommend Devictor.

Had an emergency AC outage at night. I had called about 5 or 6 companies who couldn't help me before calling Quality Pro. The call was answered by a human! He was very responsive and had a tech come out at 9:30 pm. Jeremy did a great job. He knew what the problem was and had it fixed in less than an hour. He had all the parts on his truck. The cost was reasonable and we had cool air that night! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again. Save yourself a lot of time and irritation and call Quality Pro for your HVAC needs

This company is horrendous. They took over from HL Bowman who took over from Healthy Heating and Air who took over from Kirkland, and came to quote replacing a plenum in our crawl space. Brian Landgraff quoted $750. After I approved and asked when they could get started, Brian said he had talked with his service manager, Sean Parrish, who said they couldn't honor their commitment. So after talking with Sean, he agreed to honor the quote and scheduled it for today, March 25. On Monday, March 23, the owner, Max Graham, called and said he needed to buy food and diapers for his baby and couldn't replace our plenum for the agreed upon price. This company is IN WAY OVER THEIR HEADS and have continually called me to schedule maintenance when they were just at our house. I would not recommend this company as they make promises and then don't honor their promises.

UPDATE: The business disagrees with my characterization of the issues in their response below…but they STILL HAVEN’T taken a moment to return my call as promised. Their response inadvertently supports many of the claims I’ve made in this review, including that they didn’t have the ability to install this complex system alone, had to repeatedly send technicians back to try and get it working, and they required the manufacturer to join them onsite to help because they couldn’t figure it out. It’s especially disappointing that a Google review gets an immediate response (I have held off on taking this step for 6 weeks) yet they still can’t take the time to call me back as promised.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
If you are looking to install a complex, high-end HVAC system, look elsewhere. This company is fundamentally unequipped to handle advanced technology, and their customer service is an absolute disaster.
I purchased a top-tier, variable-speed communicating system, and it has been a catastrophic experience from start to finish. Here is why you should avoid Quality Pro Services:
1. The job was spec’d completely incorrectly. They literally did not know which components were required to make a high-end communicating system function. It took more than six weeks from the initial installation date just to get the system working properly, with technicians constantly in and out of my house.
2. The installation was such a mess that the manufacturer (Lennox) had to send out their own representatives to help Quality Pro Services figure out how to wire the system correctly and get it running.
3. Their technicians failed to reinstall my attic ladder correctly, causing it to break completely. It had to be entirely replaced.
4. I was repeatedly met with false promises and unreturned phone calls. As compensation for the nightmare, I was promised 4 years of their Diamond Maintenance Plan—it was never finalized. I was promised they would submit the county rebate forms—never finalized.
5. Despite failing to deliver basic competency, they are now sending me imaginary invoices for services that were never provided. I already paid them more than $20k for the system.
6. The final straw was the new General Manager, Jerry. He explicitly promised to call me by last Friday to address this laundry list of failures. He never called.
Word of warning: This company does not know how to install high-end, sophisticated systems. Do not be enticed by their pricing. Avoid them at all costs—the savings are not worth the weeks of stress, property damage, and total lack of professionalism.
