  I’m thrilled and 110% pleased with my enclosed patio. From my initial consultation to specification measurements and install the experience was extremely pleasant. My project team at Patio Enclosures kept me informed and frequently updated on my materials without me asking for updates first!! The quality of materials and professional installation exceeded my expectations and there is no buyers remorse as my family and friends are enjoying this special outdoor space we have created!!

  Two salesman arrived on time and we're very knowledgeable about their product. I am interested in a simple 8x10 screened porch will no frills. One of salesman flat out lied to me when we're discussing the depth of the concrete slab. I stated the slad would have to be 4" but he insisted 12". I hate when someone lies to someone that is familiar with construction requirements. My biggest surprise was there cost for a 8x10 no frills screened in porch . It was quoted to be a mere $68,000. I could however get a small percentage off, and only have to pay $60,000 which equates to a little over $800 per square foot. It was an amazing experience which I do not wish to repeat. I felt my intelligence was insulted by such a ridiculous quote. Yours truly

  Robby was very professional and very easy to talk to. He was informative and made visualizing the project very easy with the software on his tablet. The material used to complete the project is first class.

  We recently had the opportunity to work with Mr. Sylvester Harris, a Design Consultant with Patio Enclosures Sunrooms, in the planning of a new four-season addition to our home. His knowledge and mastery of the Patio Enclosures components and the many critical decisions that had to be made were essential in arriving at the solution we desired. Mr. Harris was clearly focussed on the unique challenges of fitting the size and configuration we desired with our existing masonry patio foundation, walls, and roofline of our home. The graphic system Mr. Harris used to demonstrate the layout, doors, windows and screens allowed us to clearly understand the scope of the project. Mr. Harris was thorough in demonstrating how the Patio Enclosure components would work in our new addition. We very much appreciated his "can do" approach to probem solving our plan, as he demonstrated the various sample doors, windows, and materials he brought to our meetings. Mr. Harris was professional, clear, and direct in his representations on behalf of Patio Enclosures.

  Approximately one month ago, I contacted Patio Enclosures to set up an appointment to discuss my desire to have my front porch enclosed. - On Monday, April 20, 2026, Mr. Robbie Way, a Design Consultant with Patio Enclosures met with me at my home to go over financials of what I am looking for and it’s cost; the before and after pictures of enclosed patios, porches, etc. taking measurements of what I am requesting would look like. - Mr. Way was very professional, respectful and ensuring I understood aspects of what was needed going forward. After the process of the application, I was able to get a very good rate using my FICO score and the discounts that were offered to me. - Prior to wrapping up our meeting, Mr. Way provided me the phone contacts I would need if any questions or concerns arose. He also assured me that Ms. Viola, Administrative Dept or Ms. Tammy, Financial Dept, who works hand-n-hand with new clients such as myself would be n touch within a day. Any questions about the entire process or if I choose to cancel (must be done n 3-business days), to refer back to my contract. “My” entire process took about 4-5 hours. - Again, Mr. Way, I would like to thank you for the step-by-step detailed process you shared during your visit with me. I am truly grateful!
