Patio Enclosure has the best product and service and they are priced right in comparison. We get many compliments and are happy we went with them. Morgan, our coordinator, was a delight and she followed up even after the installation to ensure we were fully satisfied.

I only seemed to hear from anyone when it was time to process a payment. After we signed, the salesperson essentially ghosted us. We also discovered a design flaw with the handle placement on our tall windows after install. When I raised the issue, I was told, “You signed off on it.” Yes, I signed off on it but I had no idea there were different handle placement options, and no one ever explained that to me. Isn’t that part of the sales consultant’s job? I would have expected them to point out important design considerations and available options, especially something that would affect the functionality and appearance of the finished product. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Based on the sales process, lack of communication, and the way the design issue was handled, I would not recommend this company and would not use them again.
- ASAndreas SavvidouAug 5, 20264.0Good quality material.The installation process was done professionally with good customer support.The only issue I had was a installation of my wall panel not installed until after construction was completed which was on back order and a damaged screen.I called customer service and was told that a replacement would be made for me. Replacement of my screen was promptly replaced and wall panel was installed a couple of weeks later.Overall I give Patio Enclosure a 4 star rating. despite the minor issues.I recommend Patio Enclosure.Good quality and customer service support.
