Called - described our 2500 sq ft commercial building needing vent cleaning - took down all the information - scheduled about a week out… #1 came to wrong address thus arrived late after rerouting #2 Brought in ladder - climbed on top of the restaurant . Climbed down, went to truck to prepare estimate. Come in 20 minutes later - “Oh, we don’t do commercial buildings”. Cannot make this up….. so you didn’t realize it was a restaurant when I said it was a restaurant during scheduling, nor when you pulled into the parking lot with 40 spaces, nor when you walked in and saw a counter and a kitchen??? A week wasted on this effort.

In the midst of the worst summer heat wave, our AC started tripping the breaker in the electrical panel at 6:30 pm. Our tech, Richie Lindner, had just recently checked out our AC unit, adding freon after cleaning the coils etc.
He was here 45 minutes after we called. He checked everything out, assured us everything was fine...Just a weak breaker. We replaced that ourselves and its running as it should.
We appreciate Richie's good work, professionalism and good humor.
Highly recommend.

Jeremy with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed.
What I appreciated most was his honesty. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, no scare tactics, and no trying to sell me things I didn't need. He explained exactly what was going on with my system, what needed to be fixed, what could wait, and why. Everything was straightforward and easy to understand.
It's refreshing to deal with someone who just tells it like it is. Jeremy was respectful, thorough, and transparent throughout the entire visit. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and treats customers with honesty and respect, I highly recommend asking for Jeremy.
Thanks again for the excellent service!

Updated Review: Excellent Tech + Responsive Company, Still High Parts Pricing
We had two Amana AC compressor units installed on June 7, 2016. On June 12, 2026—just six days after the 10-year warranty expired—both units suddenly stopped working due to failed capacitors.
The company quickly sent out a technician on Saturday morning. He arrived early, was professional and personable, diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, and replaced the capacitors on both units in under ten minutes total. The service was fast, clean, and high-quality—we were genuinely impressed with the technician.
However, the pricing was a big shock: they charged $350 per capacitor (which was a discounted price since we have a maintenance plan and because we were doing both units), bringing the total close to $800 after taxes and fees. These are standard parts available at hardware stores for $15–$45 each. The markup felt excessive for such a simple repair.
After I reached out to complain about the timing (failing just outside warranty on otherwise solid Amana units that we’ve maintained through their service plan) and the high cost, the company responded promptly. They offered a partial refund on the repair as a goodwill gesture to keep us as happy customers. We appreciated this gesture and the willingness to make it right.
Pros:
• Outstanding technician: skilled, efficient, and friendly.
• Quick weekend response.
• Trip fee waived thanks to our maintenance plan.
• Company followed up on our complaint and offered a partial refund.
Cons:
• high markup on basic replacement parts.
• Units failed immediately after the 10-year warranty period.
Overall: The hands-on service was excellent, and the company’s responsive follow-up with a partial refund helped restore some goodwill. That said, the parts pricing still feels steep. And major purchases should definitely last longer than 10 years or be more affordable to maintain and repair.
Updated Rating: 4 stars — Great service and customer recovery, but the initial cost structure could be more transparent.
