  I called One Hour Heating and Air when having a issue with our HVAC system late at night and not only answered the phone call promptly, they were able to send the technician out that night! When the technician-Sam showed up he got right to work trying to accurately diagnose the issue. He found the problem, but would have to order parts. He was able to get the system to work that night and get us cool again while he could order the necessary parts. Sam is the best hands down. Great service, great people.

  Had my air conditioning system serviced today and Dustin did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough throughout the visit. He carefully inspected the unit, cleaned the coils, checked the electrical connections and tested the system to make sure everything was running efficiently. He completed the full maintenance and took the time to explain what he found. Highly recommend!

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and the complete lack of accountability throughout this experience. Both of my AC units stopped working at the same time. I find it very difficult to believe that this is simply a coincidence. When the technician arrived, he told me that the motherboard in one of the units, which was supposedly brand new, had been fried by a power surge. He advised me that I needed to install a voltage suppressor and stated that the motherboard replacement would be covered under warranty. At that point, I specifically asked him to inspect the second unit as well. He told me the second unit was working fine. The problem is that, from what I observed, he never actually took the time to properly inspect it. The very next day, his supervisor informed me that a breaker had been tripped on that unit. If the technician had conducted a thorough inspection as requested, this should have been identified during the initial visit. What is even more disappointing is the lack of communication from management. I requested a call from the General Manager, Josh, to discuss my concerns. Despite that request, I never received a phone call. Ignoring a customer after they have experienced a service issue only adds to the frustration and reflects poorly on the organization's commitment to customer service. I was given conflicting information, received what appeared to be an incomplete diagnosis, and was ignored by management when I attempted to escalate my concerns. This is not the level of professionalism or service that any customer should expect. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers deserve accurate diagnostics, thorough inspections, clear communication, and management that is willing to stand behind the service being provided. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short in every one of those areas. I will think very carefully before using this company again or recommending them to others.

  Our AC stopped working and we didn’t notice until 6:30p on a Wednesday night. Although we had a membership with another company they informed us they were not going to be able to come until Friday morning! This prompted the search for a new company to come check out our HVAC system on short notice. I called One hour heating and air conditioning when I spoke to Heather who was INCREDIBLY helpful! She immediately got us in queue for a service visit and educated me on their membership options which were more inclusive and a better price point than we were previously paying - yes, we made the switch! Richie was the service technician who came out and he arrived around 8:30p which was a great turn around time IMO. We received a call from him when he was on the way. Once he arrived, he was very Professional and knowledgeable. Fortunately, our fix was simple and our AC was back on by the time he left. It is hard to find wonderful and trustworthy customer service these days, but this company and these individuals really went above and beyond for us and I am very grateful. I would highly recommend reaching out to them for your HVAC needs!

  I was definitely NOT happy with the way my service called was handled yesterday with all the miscommunication. I was getting messages from two different numbers and the representative said it was advisable for me to cancel and make it for the next day at the very same time the technician was saying he was going to come to my house but took another call because he was told I canceled. I was very happy with the technician though He was very informative and very polite. I appreciate the weekend service although the cost was far higher than I anticipated it would be. I realize it was a weekend but it was over 90 degrees in my house. “One Hour Heating and Air” is quite deceiving
