  Initial scheduling was quick. Service was quick. Representative was friendly and efficient. Pricing was completely over inflated. You are charged a diagnostic fee of $269.00 that does not go toward repairs or labor. My capacitor went on July 4th. I told the service rep what was wrong. He checked agreed and repaired in less than 15min. I was charged another $381.00 for a less than $50.00 part. I’m ok with paying extra for holiday service but in my opinion this was an outrageous fee for the services provided. $650.00 total. No way this amount can be justified. Very unhappy customer.

  Had them come out due to my upstairs not getting cool or heat flowing through the whole house. Downstairs unit was overly worked and my electric bill was extremely high. Chris Bryant came out and fixed upstairs unit and offered the membership plan to us for a yearly or monthly reasonable price. Grateful for the work that he did and now my home is cooling off and temperature on thermostat is reading properly. Would recommend to anyone who is having same issues. Thank you

  Jim Fetter at Michael & Sons Services was excellent to work with. He called before my appointment, took the time to address all of my HVAC concerns, and even followed up afterward with additional information and expert advice. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. I'm very grateful for his expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.

  The technician was great but his diagnosis leaves a lot to be desired. Rather that starting form what has changed he started at the breaker panel, which cost $380 some dollars and to replace two (2) switches it cost another $400 plus dollars. I have researched what the rate to change a switch is and they run $7.00 to $10.00 per switch. In conclusion, this company is only there to charge an exorbitant rates. I will never use them again and in my opinion, they are extreme in their rate structure.

  The technician was polite and explained things in detail. He also answered every question. However, his explanation was puzzling to me. After checking out the AC system he indicated that there was a small Freon leak somewhere in the house causing the AC to malfunction. Moreover, he said that it was such a small leak he couldn’t determine where it was leaking and indicated it could leak out again overtime. That’s not a good thing. I don’t want to have your company return to find the same issue in the future at a $400 price tag. Considering I have a current inspection contract with you I’m wondering why this issue was not caught earlier. Perhaps another inspection on the AC system should be scheduled in the near future.
