  BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! I’ve used Michael & Son for several years now, and my technician today was by far the best one I’ve had. Julian Powell is thorough, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a full diagnostic and assessment and made recommendations, and was honest and transparent. My unit was examined thoroughly and running efficiently by the time he left. I would certainly recommend and request him again in the future!

  Tommy did a fantastic job and we had many tasks for him (new floodlight fixtures on all corners of the house, replacement of fluorescent lighting in three rooms with led fixtures including one with a ceiling fan, replacement of two doorbells and the chime, installation of three smoke alarms, and replacement of three halogen can lights with led fixtures and dimmer). Excellent work, professional demeanor, detailed quotes, and clean up afterwards. Thank you, Tommy, for the outstanding service.

  Harrison went above and beyond for us! He was professional, helpful with advice and came out the day after on a Sunday which I'm assuming was his off day, including driving all around town to have all the parts for our service. This was all to make sure we'd be in a good spot to have power asap and be ready for an inspection and to have our lines put back. Having empathy in today's world isn't always a natural thing, but he treated us like we were family! Highly recommend as this experience was one of the best!

  Navell did an excellent job of providing a comprehensive review of options and recommendations for installing a new water filtration system and softener. Overall, the quote was very reasonable and the communication was excellent. Navell worked with me on options for financing and was able to simplify that process for me. On top of providing a comprehensive and reasonable quote, Navell was able to get the work completed earlier than expected and was able to provide excellent service of the walkthrough. We also added new supply lines and water stops to all sinks/toilets that also needed replaced. Would recommend working with Navell and Michael & Sons again.

  We've had our heating and AC units serviced by Michael and Sons in the past and they always do a great job. Recently, we discovered our units needed replacement and we chose Michael and Sons to handle, and they did a good job. The only criticism we have is we applied for what we thought was a loan with Wells Fargo, a financial partner for Michael and Sons, and discovered after install that our financing wasn't a traditional loan, but set up as a credit card purchase that appeared on our credit reports as 100% usage, which took our credit scores down like 50 points. Our credit is important to us, so just something to be aware of if you're interested in financing with them.
