Our new granite countertops are gorgeous and the scheduling team is easy to work with.
I docked one star because communicating with the sales team is a bit like pulling teeth. I frequently had to follow up on questions about our project because they went unanswered.
There was also miscommunication between the sales team, the template gentleman, and the sub contractors who came to install our countertops.
The final product came out great, but the amount you pay for new countertops is commensurate with exceptional customer service, which was not our experience.

We had a great experience working with MC Granite, specifically Jairo Vargas. After visiting several local fabricators, MC Granite stood out with their knowledge of which stones held up outdoors, had fair pricing, and had the capability to make any stone leathered finish. Jairo was very responsive and great to work with, and the fabricators did a fantastic job.
