- DCDebbie ClarkSep 14, 20265.0We had a great experience with Mad City Windows and Baths installing our walk-in shower. Our Installer, Brian Johnson, was excellent to work with and had the project completed within the two day time frame.
- ARArchbishop ReidSep 1, 20261.0What was supposed to be a 2-day tub to shower installation for $15,0000, turned into over a month with our main bathroom out of use. The (non-damaged) replacement panels had to be shipped from another state. We were supposed to receive compensation for the inconvenience, but due to the many ancillary corrections needed for the installation, the compensation amount was greatly reduced. When we objected, the company decided to withdraw the warranty if we received the promised compensation or accept $250,00. So far, we have not received any compensation for the loss of use or inconvenience. Management communication was extremely poor and at times the only information was generated on our end. Very stressful experience. We were told to contact customer service, and they would work things out as they promised, after several months we are still waiting for a resolution.

- SSShirley SeiblesJul 29, 20265.0Emily served us with excellent scheduling for our bathroom makeover. The install was seamless and the Mad City price was within our budget. The entire was respectful of our home and the install comes with a lifetime warranty!
