We recently had Integrity Heating and Cooling install two new HVAC systems in our home, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. They made sure we were taken care of over the weekend while we had company in town, and then completed the installation of both units promptly and professionally. They also worked with us on the price, which we really appreciated. Josh in particular was outstanding—knowledgeable, thorough, and great at explaining everything—so we would gladly recommend Integrity (and Josh) to anyone needing HVAC work!
About 3 mos ago had spring mtc done on 2 systems by Chris. He was so thorough, explained things clearly -great experience. Last month we decided to add an enhancement to upstairs system which John B handled. He explained the process in terms easy for a non expert to understand, and was super nice and patient even with it being at the end of a very long day.
Last week we decided to replace 16 yr old furnace and hvac units with new more energy efficient ones.Josh shared system and financing options+current promos w zero pressure. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk with and really helped - a lot. Installation was handled skillfully by Bryce and Sammy. They were so thorough and quiet barely knew they were here. Super sweet too. MANY thanks to everyone (office too) for being so dedicated to customer service, expertise, safety and professionalism.

One of our HVAC units was not running properly, so we contacted Integrity Heating and Cooling through the Costco program. They assigned Chris King to diagnose the system, and he did an excellent job.
Chris spent a couple of hours running all the required tests, clearly identified where the problem was, and walked us through our options. His manager, Kent, was also very supportive over the phone. He provided helpful guidance, explained the next steps, and made the whole experience smooth and positive.
Integrity Heating and Cooling earned our trust on their very first visit. We truly appreciate Chris and Kent for their professionalism, patience, and honest guidance.
UPDATE: Josh from Integrity came out and helped spec out a whole new system. Due to the age of my previous system, it seemed like the smart move to upgrade to something from this century. Josh did a great job laying out my options, pros and cons of different systems, and ultimately he was able to get a crew out 2 days later. The crew did a fantastic job swapping out both furnaces and AC units and was done in about 7 hours. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to finish a total reinstall. Great work by the team.

Tyler came out today to look at my AC unit after it suddenly wasn't working. I'm very pleased with my experience with Integrity. Not only did they come same day as me calling, they gave me a reasonable window for when I could expect someone to arrive. Tyler was professional, kind, explained everything well and was practical about solutions. I never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need. Integrity was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

When our 19-year old lower level HVAC system stopped functioning this spring I called the company that had been servicing it for many years. They were responsive and honest with their assessment, but were backlogged with work for at least two weeks.
I saw that Integrity was a local Lennox dealer, but I had never dealt with them before. I called, explained the issue, and they had a service tech to our house that morning. I received a text with the tech's name, photo, and ETA. His inspection confirmed what the other vendor had noted; the system could be repaired but with its age did it make sense to do so. Probably not, so I asked for an Integrity sales person to contact me.
Josh came out that afternoon, we discussed options and settled on the new equipment. I feel pricing was fair. As this all occurred late in the week, install was set for Monday morning.
Corbin and Bryce arrived on time and went to work. The new system was installed and up and running that day. There was an electrical issue that resulted with the new set up and Integrity's electrician came out the next day and fixed it.
My entire experience with Integrity has been five star - and I rarely, rarely give five stars. Open communication, doing what they say they're going to do, and completing work in a timely manner. Polite, courteous, fair, and on time.
I'm sure the system for the upstairs will probably crap out in another few years. There's no questions who I'll call.
Do yourself a favor and call these guys.
